1. I would definitely agree that we have the right to question on these matters, finance commission should modify their fund devolution strategy so that performing states get more funds compared to what we get now.
2. At the same time as a tax payer I would still argue that it’s state government fault, if they have managed the funds properly without providing freebies to everyone Karnataka would have been in much better place now
