Thank you for the help and such a nice explaination. Out of all the channels for chemistry that are teaching for CSIR, I found yours to be the best. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for solving with detailed explanation. Sir please solve QUESTIONS NO. 28 gate 2017.....related with turnover frequency

      Priyanka Gupta, thank you, 😊
In that question take the reaction as CO2 ••••••> HCO3- as it is given that it converts into bicarbonate, then try to get the number of moles of HCO3- and then apply the formula of
turnover number=moles of product/(moles of enzyme × time)

the enzyme catalysed reaction km=0.00043 mol per dm3 in inhibited by compitative inhibitor ki=0.000062 mol per dm3. suppose the substrate concentration is 0.00041 mol per dm3 . how much of the inhibitor is needed for 60% inhibition plz solve this sir ...

Sir please help in solving 46,48,49 of gate 17 exam

Priyanka Gupta,, for 46 it's fetizone reagents, that will convert 1,4 or 1,5 diols to cyclic Ester.

Priyanka Gupta, for 49 there will be formation of a cyclic oxonium ion as an intermediate, so if you make attack on one carbon you'll get one enantiomer and for other carbon you'll get mirror image. So answer will be (a) racemic mixture of trans 1,2 diacetoxycyclohexane
