Nice summoning results GuardianE, I got myself a Castoria in 5 Multies (150 saint quartzs). Now the rest of my saint quartzs are going to the summer banner, specifically the second one with Murasaki and Tomoe. Then after that I'm strictly saving for Morgan le Fey next year.

I also didnt get castoria til i was on my last droplets of gas - i was totally out of all my saved up quartz and was on the last 5 free login desperation tickets when she finally appeared…And then a second one came on the final ticket! After 28 tickets, 246 sq, 4 dupe SR servants ( Nitocris, CasGil, Fran and Rama ) and a bunch of 4* and 5* CEs I got two of her in the same multi. I was pretty happy. -I am going to skip summer this year though since I would only want the 5*s and there are other 5* that i would prefer over them. I plan on rolling for Himiko and Ibuki to finish off this year and then I gotta save cause I have a bunch of targets in quick succession next year namely: Muramasa and Tamamo lancer for new years as well as Morgan, Baobanshi, Barghest, Koyanskaya of light, Mélusine, Okita saber alter, Anastasia archer, Charlotte caster, Kama avenger and Sei berserker who are back to back to back. -As for the new summer 7 servants for JP i think it is safe to assume a summer Taira no Kagekyo or Kichi Hogen based of the 4* CE of summer 6 and if Taira gets a summer version I assume Morgan might get one too based on popularity alone + she is a Takeuchi drawn servant. -Lastly thanks for reading this and I wish you success on your future rolls! Wow that was a rollercoaster. Pretty rough luck on that Castoria with ~550 quartz worth of pulls, but you got a decent haul along the way, including choco bunny herself. The more NP levels for her the better! That GSSR was what I was hoping for on my year 5 pull, but alas I ended up with Mr. Trap. Grats on NP2 Best Girl, she's a monster with double Castoria! Voyager may not seem like the most exciting servant, but aside from being cute, he's worth leveling just for his animations alone. Really cool art direction on those.

Ah, I'm sorry the GSSR didn't pan out exactly how you wanted with Astolfo. How was the 4 star? Voyager certainly wasn't a priority target for me, but I'm certainly not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. I'll try to check out how to best utilize him.
@@GuardianEPlays Yeah I'm not upset about Astolfo, I really like him as a character, it's just that I have no use for him as a unit. Year 5 was pretty safe for me as the only thing that would have bummed me out would have been NP2 Orion, so I do welcome the new paladin. My SR was an NP3 copy of Carmilla. She *is* one of my favs so it's always good to see her come around. I forgot to mention the glories of the 5x Super/Great Succ rate buff. Thing was a godsend in leveling Castoria, Astolfo, and getting my Spishtar through the first few post-100 levels. I definitely recommend 5* ember farming for everyone to take advantage of it this week.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have gotten her after 2 multis xD I also got spooked by Berserkalot and Chiron so I can't complain. Normally for me Lady Luck shys away, I didn't see a sign of Merlin at all when he was up for grabs. She helped me get past a couple of spots I was stuck on for ages. Also: Your pain when Nitocris said hello was palpable.

Congrats on double ssr and np2 spishtar, I was hoping for her as well on the gssr, I also got two ssr on my gssr, Da Vinci Ryder and Yang Guifei both were new to me so a big win, also got my first assassin okita which was my target sr, and to make it even more lucky got my 5th kscope on that roll as well. We have similar targets this year so good luck on the rest of your rolls. Oh and was just as lucky with castoria and got her on my second multi, hope my luck for the rest of the year is not used up 🤞.

Congrats on Castoria m8! I too was spooked by Nito via gold spark, but then a rainbow spark on the literal next summon in the same multi. This was the first ten pull thankfully. But I decided that I wanted NP2 for that extra invuln and atk buff from the NP. In that process I've sacrificed 200sq and all my tickets, but managed to snag an Astraea along the way so that's an absolute W. After some pulls ... and alcohol, I managed to get Castoria NP2 from all my free quartz that I built up. I wish all you guys luck that the RNG gods are in your favor!
I've been saving since last summer got Castoria in about 300 quartz. Also space Ishtar on the GSSR which is perfect. Got Caenis on the same GSSR roll who is the only servant I used any tickets for since I started hoarding but never showed up. Still got about 1300 for summer.
Congratulations! Got her myself in 33 tickets and 30sq. Saved me so much SQ and money after spending so much to get Bunnytoria to NP6! Now I can take a long break from rolling before Koyanskaya next year. Incidentally my first ticket was a giant Nursery Rhyme spook. I thought I'd won the jackpot lol.
She spook you when you least expect her but I'm really glad you got her. The fact that you weren't hoping to get her but than she spook you at the end is a huge relief. There are a lot of master who were expecting her but spend but didn't get her at the end and end up spending way more than what is needed. I also got her within 3 multi and decided to whale for the ce because I want to limit break it but sadly I didn't get it but got spook by another castoria instead. As for the gssr I got Maid Alter and Ereshkigal.
You and I both crawled across the finish line for castoria lol. I am glad to see you got her too. I had to use like 600 sqs with 40 tickets and while I also got plenty of spooks like you did i eventually got her lol. Also great GSSR. Congrats on that one too.
Congrats on Castoria! The first half of the year was rough for me, a lot of servants that I wanted back to back and got a few of them so I was broke before this. Circe spooked me in my fourth multi but then Castoria appeared in the same multi, so she's forgiven, for now. Like you, Castoria is my first top tier Caster besides Waver, and I gotta say, Arts looping is so much fun, Skadi said no to me twice so who needs Quick looping anyways. I still had some leftover quartz and I still wanted Melt so I spent the rest there, worst desition of my life, a lot of trash multis, got NP2 Enkidu. This is the third time Melt has avoided me too. Luckily for me, this summer is the one that I don't really care about (maybe Tomoe) but other than that, my next target is Yang Guifei so I have time to save some more.

This anniversary was overall pretty good to me. I was really disappointed by the GSSR - I rolled year 4 and got the only possible dupe, NP2 Jarcher - and Prince of Lan Ling. But...I got Castoria in 3 multis, and then this morning I got a Nightingale AND Da Vinci Rider in 4 rolls. I'll take 3 SSRs in 7 multis!
That's a lot of 4 stars though, I wish I had the same. But I cannot complain much since I got my first K-scope with Castoria within 90 pulls and I still have a lot of SQ left for Summer. I'm so hyped now. Congrats on your Castoria too and for that double SSR, it's insane!
Congrats on Double GSSR and Castoria, after all those quartz expended in Castoria that was well deserved, for me I was kinda scary since last anniv banner I used everything and didn't got Skadi, I was expecting the same but got Castoria, took quite some rolls but at least I got leftover for Muramasa, not really interested in this year summer banner, saving for Muramasa, Morgan and Summer Okitan XD, and GSSR went year 5 for Super Orion and got him, Jeanne was the 4* which is new jeje
330 & 40+ tickets for Castoria. Stressful summons, because i can't grind more SQs fast enough. Year 5 GSSR: hoping for Bunny most of all, SpIshtar/S.Orion/Musashi second. Got Orion and a dupe Kijyo. Can't be unhappy, although i really want to own a first special class Servant. I definitely simped too much on 2022 banners to cuck myself on Castoria banner.
On the Castoria rolls, ouch, reminds me of Sober Oni's rolls, that was painful. On the GSSR, I guess Lasengle said "You know what, he suffered a lot, let's give him 2 SSRs. I got Castoria the easiest way possible, I had enough USOs, and for my GSSR, I got NO2 V-ger and another summer Carmilla
Ah, I saw Sober Oni's pulls. They were in another league. He ended up spending like 1300 SQ or something. But I am grateful that Lasengle gave me a break after all. Congratulations on your Voyager and Carmilla!

So I can say my rolls for GSSR was pretty awesome, but I envy your double GSSRs.😂 LOL
Congrats on your pulls. Mine were... God the worst I've ever had in fgo... Like 250 sq and over 20 tickets and I got nothing.... I wasn't even able to get the four a star CE mlb.... I guessy gssr was fine I got a np 2 bunnytoria and dinowaifu who I won't use because she's np 1 and I have better solo target zerkers. Personally it wouldn't have hurt as much of not every game I've been playing has been worse if the worse pulls for months of not all year..

As for me, I have also had nice anniv luck tho not for GSSR or Castoria (have gone f2p in the past year and did not pull for her). I've been trying to get Melt since her debut and went ham on this banner but failed to get her...hoped to god the anniv quartz would change my fortunes and managed to pull her *and* kingprotea. I am now in qp grind hell to get Melt to lvl100 (she's already 10/10/10 lmao) but I am SO happy to finally have her. Happy year 5! Here's to good luck in the banners for the rest of 2022
I managed to pull Castoria after going through 20 summon tickets and 500 SQ. Was down to my last 50 SQ and the first one to pop up was none other than Castoria herself.
I got so fucked by Castoria. I had 1200 quartz after the login bonuses and around 75 tickets. I got no Castoria, so ridiculous. If only they implemented the pity system early like they did the coins. I’ll keep doing summons, and whale last day if I have to. After that I save for Wife(Morgan)
got ton of SQ and tickets form the update but im not interested in Castoria at all so not pulling for her. really tempted to spend 15 paid SQ for a chance to get NP4 of Ryōgi Shiki saber from the banner but shes the only one i want so not sure if its worth :/
Hmm, that's a tough sell since the odds are pretty low. But GSSRs are pretty darn good value overall. Maybe just wait for the next one where the selection is better for you.
I got castoria within 200sq(really got lucky doing single summon), so if i add the 10 months till Morgan banner i think i will hav atleast 1000 sq saved.( Goal:- Morgan, koyanskaya and Oberon ❤️)
Ima be honest I went into this knowing and expecting not getting her (was right) that said all my rolls were actually pretty good got a lot of np5 servants all were quick too so I think it was a sign. Also for GSSR I got Orion so I’m happy thankfully I didn’t get saberstolfo like I did on JP 💀

Personally I would not invest heavily into those summer banners due to the units, at best, ranging from being meh to outright being awful but if there are waifus there you love, go right for it, just know that Summer Murasaki is by far the best of the bunch and if you did get Castoria ( typing this at the beginning of your vid cuz why not) she becomes one of the grossiest Single target caster killers its absurd.
on the first day of the anniversary event i used 4th year summon and i got Rider Sima Yi, summer Ibaraki douji and i tried 20 tickets, 480 quartz and no castoria yet for me. now I am trying to finish main quests to get more free quartz to summon her on the next rate up banner soon. what should i do if i didn't manage to get her after the event ends?
I'm sorry to hear about the luck so far. Remember that even if you don't get Castoria, there are a lot of looping setups with just a friend Castoria instead. Especially if you have a Waver or Tamamo. I wish you the best of luck, but even if things don't go your way, you'll still have powerful options. And hopefully the luck karma swings back in your next session.
Update : DUDE After doing free quests and Saving 60 quartz I finally managed to get Castoria on the second multi which was on the last 11th card which was a rainbow summon. What Luck that i could cry!!!

She spook you when you least expect her but I'm really glad you got her. The fact that you weren't hoping to get her but than she spook you at the end is a huge relief. There are a lot of master who were expecting her but spend but didn't get her at the end and end up spending way more than what is needed. I also got her within 3 multi and decided to whale for the ce because I want to limit break it but sadly I didn't get it but got spook by another castoria instead. As for the gssr I got Maid Alter and Ereshkigal.

From the passives of the anniversary CEs I’d say the 4* one is better overall due to purely atk stat. The 5* one is split

The first half of the year was rough for me, a lot of servants that I wanted back to back and got a few of them so I was broke before this. Circe spooked me in my fourth multi but then Castoria appeared in the same multi, so she's forgiven, for now.
Like you, Castoria is my first top tier Caster besides Waver, and I gotta say, Arts looping is so much fun, Skadi said no to me twice so who needs Quick looping anyways.
I still had some leftover quartz and I still wanted Melt so I spent the rest there, worst desition of my life, a lot of trash multis, got NP2 Enkidu. This is the third time Melt has avoided me too.
Luckily for me, this summer is the one that I don't really care about (maybe Tomoe) but other than that, my next target is Yang Guifei so I have time to save some more.

This anniversary was overall pretty good to me. I was really disappointed by the GSSR - I rolled year 4 and got the only possible dupe, NP2 Jarcher - and Prince of Lan Ling.
But...I got Castoria in 3 multis, and then this morning I got a Nightingale AND Da Vinci Rider in 4 rolls. I'll take 3 SSRs in 7 multis!

Congrats on Double GSSR and Castoria, after all those quartz expended in Castoria that was well deserved, for me I was kinda scary since last anniv banner I used everything and didn't got Skadi, I was expecting the same but got Castoria, took quite some rolls but at least I got leftover for Muramasa, not really interested in this year summer banner, saving for Muramasa, Morgan and Summer Okitan XD, and GSSR went year 5 for Super Orion and got him, Jeanne was the 4* which is new jeje

Year 5 GSSR: hoping for Bunny most of all, SpIshtar/S.Orion/Musashi second. Got Orion and a dupe Kijyo. Can't be unhappy, although i really want to own a first special class Servant.
I definitely simped too much on 2022 banners to cuck myself on Castoria banner.

I got her in about 150 SQ now I have about 700 SQ for my main targets Ibuki and Van Gogh, Next year I'll definitely go for Morgan and everyone on her banner.

Stronger as Jeanne Alter aka Jalter and I am not upset I didn't get Bunny-toria, Saber Astolfo neither Yang, but I got Mysterious Alter Ego aka Summer Meltryllis just to have her wardrobe ready for her to wear. So I can say my rolls for GSSR was pretty awesome, but I envy your double GSSRs.😂 LOL

Mine were... God the worst I've ever had in fgo... Like 250 sq and over 20 tickets and I got nothing.... I wasn't even able to get the four a star CE mlb.... I guessy gssr was fine I got a np 2 bunnytoria and dinowaifu who I won't use because she's np 1 and I have better solo target zerkers.
Personally it wouldn't have hurt as much of not every game I've been playing has been worse if the worse pulls for months of not all year..

As for me, I have also had nice anniv luck tho not for GSSR or Castoria (have gone f2p in the past year and did not pull for her). I've been trying to get Melt since her debut and went ham on this banner but failed to get her...hoped to god the anniv quartz would change my fortunes and managed to pull her *and* kingprotea. I am now in qp grind hell to get Melt to lvl100 (she's already 10/10/10 lmao) but I am SO happy to finally have her.

I got so fucked by Castoria. I had 1200 quartz after the login bonuses and around 75 tickets. I got no Castoria, so ridiculous. If only they implemented the pity system early like they did the coins. I’ll keep doing summons, and whale last day if I have to. After that I save for Wife(Morgan)

Personally I would not invest heavily into those summer banners due to the units, at best, ranging from being meh to outright being awful but if there are waifus there you love, go right for it, just know that Summer Murasaki is by far the best of the bunch and if you did get Castoria ( typing this at the beginning of your vid cuz why not) she becomes one of the grossiest Single target caster killers its absurd.
That makes sense and I appreciate the advice, but I have to go in for some of the units like Murasaki and Kiara.
on the first day of the anniversary event i used 4th year summon and i got Rider Sima Yi, summer Ibaraki douji and i tried 20 tickets, 480 quartz and no castoria yet for me. now I am trying to finish main quests to get more free quartz to summon her on the next rate up banner soon. what should i do if i didn't manage to get her after the event ends?
I'm sorry to hear about the luck so far. Remember that even if you don't get Castoria, there are a lot of looping setups with just a friend Castoria instead. Especially if you have a Waver or Tamamo. I wish you the best of luck, but even if things don't go your way, you'll still have powerful options. And hopefully the luck karma swings back in your next session.

Update : DUDE After doing free quests and Saving 60 quartz I finally managed to get Castoria on the second multi which was on the last 11th card which was a rainbow summon. What Luck that i could cry!!!
