Good job on this video! This hobby is just PLANE great for a father / son or daughter quality time. You learn a skill and have a blast at the same time.I just ordered this plane, before I saw you video (sorry) or I would have used your link. Your a skilled pilot Jon, I've seen a couple of your helicopter video's when burning up the sky. Keep up the good work!

She’s a bit too tame for me but I can see why my dad enjoys flying her!
I've had my Valiant for close to three years now. While I have since added "better" planes to my fleet, this one remains one of my go-to birds for a guaranteed good time. I sometimes refer to it as a Honda Accord of the sky as it can't do any one thing especially well, but it does a little bit of just about everything. I absolutely adore the wide flight envelope. And, if you don't push it too hard, it can handle a 4s for a little extra fun.
I had to ask my dad what your Honda Accord reference meant. Lol! She’s a bit too tame for me but my dad loves the plane!
@@JonsRC LOL!! And yeah, your skill level is definitely well beyond the Valiant, but it was still nice to see what you can do with it. :)
I have this plane and its so fun to bash around. Im flying on a 1000kv 3536 sunnysky motor with the stock esc, and it has so much power. I just wish the firewall was more secure, as its just glued onto the front.
I’m impressed with her flight envelope! I was just expecting a basic beginner high-wing plane!
Where are you located? I'm in cedar rapids and could use some help / tips on flying this plane
