I don't think that it was a dream, I think all that did happen and Elizabeth and Gregory were able to save Freddy and Mike and with Mike being inside the Burntrap suit when he jumped into the lava it somehow save him from but he ended up passing out and they got him back home safely. this is just my theory tho so I could be completely wrong about it, anyways love the episode and the series Keep up the awesome content!
