It find it baffling that someone with so much intelligence, passion, insight and knowledge would be judged on what she looks like rather than what she knows. It's obviously ridiculous to judge anyone just on appearance but especially when someone is so self aware and so knowledgeable.
My argument would be showing the clips this way during a speaking engagement would qualify as "Fair use" copyright...short tiny clips that are just inserts.
