Being vulnerable is extremely scary and hard! Being gay all my life I’ve been hurt many many times by people who I thought were my friends and then they hurt me badly so I understand about putting up a front - something that no one can hurt me. It’s a horrible way to live however and I wound up very alone with few friends. I encourage you in your new resolution, in your new place, take some small chances and put yourself out there. You seem like a nice guy I am sure you will meet some friends. If you want to DM me I’d be more than glad to talk.

So dude, I have another suggestion of what you need to leave in 2022, your white T-shirts and your gray T-shirts, that color does not do well with you, it makes you look very pale; you look better in rich, dark colors like a wine red T-shirt, or a black T-shirt, or a navy blue T-shirt; so, you wanna remember that white or gray do not fit you well!
P. S. , for being gay, I am very surprised that you do not know your swatch, yet? A swatch, is a chart that you have made for you, that teaches you which colors you want to choose when choosing your clothing; not everybody looks good in white and not everybody looks good in dark colors, but you want to learn this, especially because you’re all into energy and that type of stuff, and color therapy has also to do with energy!

Jordan, first, let me say that you're fine...everything is fine about you. You seem very cerebral. I am what's called a Sigma Male. It's a very rare personality type for general society but in the queer community its like nonexistent. Unfortunately, in our community, there's a lot that's going on with people: insincerity, fakeness, and grandiosity, etc. You're genuine and that says an amazing amount about your character. I honestly believe when there are people with whom you can resonate, you will. Take care and I hope you had good holidays.
