Très belle maison, mais pour moi trop sombre à l'intérieur, les fenêtres sont trop petites ou pas assez nombreuses, j'en aurais mis au moins 2 de plus. Ça n'empêche que c'est une très belle réalisation très originale. J'ai adoré le lit. Décidément les Lesnoy sont très productifs avec des foisons idées magnifiques. Continuez à nous émerveillez avec vos vidéos.

Looks like the shingles have an adhesive to them
And one rain and all those exposed screws will leak.
Plus he didn't even do a starter course. You are supposed to turn one shingle upsidedown for the starter course and you are correct on the staples they will be weak @@christinaburney5935
I loved watching the build but wondered why you didn't burn the bottom of the posts before sticking them in the ground. They'll rot faster won't they?

Thank you! I've always wondered about all these outdoor builds with untreated wood.
@@aisportsnetwork7097some woods are naturally rot/termite resistant and they are used in building houses for that reason. Treated lumber is a relatively modern invention and we have houses over a hundred years old made from untreated lumber that still stand strong due to the careful choices made with building materials.

Why did you sleep in a tent why not sleep in your old house until you had built your new house you had everything in the old house bed fire warm and cosy ❤
Um…. I’m no builder but isn’t there usually another waterproof layer and flashing in the valley parts on a roof before the shingles go on? I do very much like the hexagonal design! Working alone in the woods with an ax and slip on sandals is a bold idea too. But you’ve done a great job doing this AND making the video. Congratulations!

How do the screws in the cap strips seal??
Should have dried that roof in and used roofing nails instead of staples.

Nice build, but would be more effective to run thin metal strips coated with epoxy along the edges where the shingles meet (before applying shingles), then tar over the edges AFTER the shingles are placed (and THEN the corner pieces atop the tar, not screws ever). The difference would be many more years of a leak-proof roof. Cost would be maybe $100-200 more, but would be less than the value added to the home.
