I'll Just do Rogan!" and made a face expecting a laugh and Joe just sat there and didn't laugh or respond for a few seconds then said something just matter-of-fact-style and very business tone about how he thinks he remembers Shane's people reached out but he was busy and booking guests takes a while. It was awkward but they addressed it later in the podcast and they both laughed. Joe was just being spacey-head joe and missed Shane's pretty good joke completely.

As someone who’s autistic who most comics can kinda use disability as an easy cop out to try and be funny. And it works for a lot of people who aren’t autistic or have Down syndrome. To see Shane stick up for us as the voice for us since we can’t really tell a comdedian what’s funny and what isn’t funny was really nice. He put them in their place for probably the first time ever
