19:43 it’s because the rear and front wheels are connected. If you slowdown the rear wheels, the front wheels will try to slow down too. So you’re effectively trying to stop all four wheels with only the rear handbrake.
if you use the handbrake while 4WD is activated, it'll break the front wheels as well because the front and rear is locked. also I noticed you were slipping the clutch while at the same time lugging the engines(too high of a gear), so ofc it would overheat the clutch...

Man, you cannot use handbrake with AWD because axles are essentially connected by the transfercase preventing them from acting separately. In this instance handbrake tries to affect the entire drivetrain. This was even true for early awd rally cars. If you watch group b footage you won’t ever see them execute a handbrake turn, at best a scandi flick. It was considerably later that they figured out how to disconnect rear axle temporarily 😉

The 4wd handbrake is weak bcs it locks up 4 wheel but 2wd locks up only the back wheels so it does more power on less wheels if that make sense

the handbrake doesn't feel right simply due to the fact that it's stopping all the wheels

Most hand brakes applies to the rear wheels only.
Although, I guess if it is 4WD with all welded diffs/locked diffs, it'll affects all the wheels
