agreed! but while acne is natural, it's important to not forget that it usually means that there might be an issue with an internal organ, and primarily the gut. it's important to to care of our diet and exercise, and keep in mind external factors like polluted air, toxic products, and so on. A bit embarrassing but i used to have a rash on my bum which went away when i started using woolen underwear and baby laundry detergent. Still, hormonal balance is very difficult to achieve, especially in the modern age, and acne could very well be out of our control. But we should stay healthy, to the best of our ability!

i definitely agree! taking care of yourself is so important, but you should never devalue yourself because of things like acne 🩷🩷
