Hi! Stone flower is an Indian spice called Dagad phool and mainly used in Biryani or Khada masala. If you don’t find it then you may skip it. However, it has very different taste compared to other spices which enhances the flavour.

Salt add krne me storing me problem to nahi hogi, silega to nahi??
Nhi! Salt moisture ko absorb karta h or shelf-life badhata h. Ap masale ko airtight container me store rakhoge to kharab nhi hoga.
