You can easily run it off a battery with a usb c to 12 volt cable and power pack. My Anker 10k battery will power it for over 8 hours (the longest I’ve tested.)
good morning, I am aware that this router has the "failover" function which is the function when a primary source ceases the connection (ethernet or sim 1) it automatically switches to the other (for example from ethernet to sim 1 or from sim1 to sim 2) . I am aware that it also has the "load balance" function, i.e. with multiple sources connected to the network (e.g. Ethernet, SIM 1 and SIM 2) and multiple connections (e.g. PC, tablet, home automation, video surveillance, etc.) with the load balance the bandwidth coming from the Ethernet is distributed for example to the tablet and video surveillance and that coming from the SIM card(s) instead between home automation and PC). I would like to know if it is equipped with the specific "multiwan" function, i.e. if you connect an Ethernet source to the WAN port at the same time, and 2 SIM cards with related ISPs, it is possible to have the connection from all 3 sources at the same time (or at least from 2 ) to have the total sum of speed and bandwidth on a single connected device (e.g. PC for heavy downloads). Thank you
think I'm gonna get this for 5G backup WAN and traveling :-). Leave my 4G Cradlepoint at home all the time as a second backup ( for when I'm traveling with this ) :-)
Hello can sumone explain to me if its posible use your primary phone as imei as my wifi lte has 2 and only 1 is being used or will my current pavider dectect im useing my 2nd imei in my routor n stop me. Hello, when you travel to different country, how does he connect to operators? Example, in some country roaming sim gets acces to 2 different operators, how can i chose The fastest one?
I have a 10 year old Huawei router that cost me 8 dollars and I get D - 84mb - U- 36mb speed, I'm not sure if this is the best?? only with internal antenna, which are the best...
Asking here because I'm not seeing it on the forums. My devices connect to this when I am running a Metro by T-Mobile sim card in it. Many times, they say they have internet, but apps or browsers will get no data, and think they're offline. This seems like some kind of DNS issue or something. Does anyone have any knowledge on this?
I wouldn’t use google fi because small carriers like google fi and mint mobile pay big carriers for their left over bandwidth. If you’re traveling to a busy place like Disney World the speeds will be a lot worse.
There is actually a whole page in the UI for sending at commands. I did this very easily, just selecting the command and then copy/pasting the IMEI into the quotation marks.
The Teltonika RUTC50 is by far much better this is the same spec as a TP Link Deco X50 5G and probably slower than one too RUTC50 Industrial 5G Router with WiFi6 The Teltonika RUTC50 is an advanced industrial 5G router designed for high-speed and reliable connectivity in demanding environments. It supports 5G Sub-6GHz with download speeds up to 3.3 Gbps and upload speeds up to 900 Mbps. The router features dual SIM slots for redundancy and auto-failover, ensuring uninterrupted communication. It also includes dual-band WiFi 6 (802.11ax) for enhanced wireless performance and up to 150 simultaneous connections. The RUTC50 is equipped with 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, making it suitable for data-heavy applications. Its robust aluminium housing and wide operating temperature range ensure durability in harsh conditions.
I would have gone RUTC50 but the price is too much here in the UK (£599) and this has dual sim functionality the same & wifi6 for the price of £342 (30% off with amazon). Just can't justify the additional cost for similar functionality. Speeds would be fast enough for a motorhome / van life situation

Can you share the cable you used for power please.

I have one in my RV with a pep wave 7 in 1 external antenna on the roof and with Verizon I'm getting down speeds in the 400's and ups around 125
How do you power this?
Can you change the TTL and where do you do that?

Nice to see nothing except your hands running all the time over the screen.
OBS was not an option ?
Can I use the same sim card that I used in my phone for the router? If so I can't seem to get it to work...
Mine took about 5 minutes to start working after I put the SIM card in. I thought it didn't work too.
