My tips that helped me is basically just listening this overnight while sleeping . I learned that when you sleep,you go into a alpha-delta state which is the state for meditation and manifestation. So it helps (during sleeping) you don’t have to think for getting results,so you won’t obsess over results and just listening will make your subconscious mind to work just fine.

Hello, I'm going to have my graduation prom soon and I'm embarrassed and sad at the same time to go into hundreds of people with this bad nose so I decided to listen to this subliminal from now on.
