I am not among that group but I do consider Halloween II the third best in the series. Halloween (1978) Halloween III Season Of The Witch Halloween II Halloween (2018)
Part 4 is my absolute favorite, even over the original. I actually love part 3 as a separate entity, I know it's still part of the original John Carpenter story line, but he shouldve titled it something else and it would've received more love!
@@TheDailyWoo Hi ,Adam ,Another awesome Video and movie filming location ,I always Love and enjoy when you do the movie filming locations especially the horror ones like Halloween and Friday the 13th ones keep up the great work and I will keep watching.
That was great Michael Meyers walking in front of Starbucks and all the people just sitting and walking by like nothing out of the ordinary. Dude great video as always I can appreciate the time and work it takes to make a video like this.
My dad died in December of 2017, he was in a wheelchair and unable to do much, so your videos helped bring him joy in really hard times. I deeply appreciate everything you do and want you to know that there are people who see you as an inspiration.
Fantastic work here! BTW for all Halloween 3 fans, The Buccaneer Bar from the film is walking distance from the shops in Sierre Madre where Myers makes the left hand turn towards the hospital. Everything still looks identical. Also, half a mile from there is the church used from The Fog. I visited all 3 spots a year ago and it was an amazing experience to say the least. We were lucky enough to bump into a maintenance guy at the church who let us in to take 20 minutes worth of pictures. One of the more beautiful buildings I've had the pleasure to see.
An absolutely wonderful effort fellas!!! I totally respect and love all the effort and detail you guys accomplished here !! A thousand thank yous' and bravo bravo bravo! Great fans like you are very rare! Wonderful!!!!
In the 2007 remake, you can see Michael standing in front of the original Strode house when he's looking at Laurie, Annie and Linda through the library window.
Adam you do your homework!!! Thanks again for another of the best film history Vids we’ve seen. How you figured this all out is beyond me. Tour long time experience puts others to shame. Peace
Halloween II & Halloween H20 are one of my favorite Halloween movies! Halloween Kills might be one of my favorite too lol. Did you ever meet Alice Martin / ANNE Bruner?
Love The Daily Woo! I was in high school when the first movie came out and it was destined to become a classic. Thank You for yet another great location and another great video!
My favorite horror movies next to Friday the 13th. Thank you so much Adam for bringing all of us on all these movie location videos. No one matches shots as good as you do! I'm already excited for the next video and have no clue what it's going to be! Love the channel and have for years! Safe travels brother!!!
I live in Louisville, Kentucky where the movie Stripes with Bill Murray was filmed. I see the exact filming sites almost every day and I gotta say that over time it really isn’t a big deal anymore to the people that actually live here. It is fun though to watch the movie again and again and see those places in the film that you’ve been to so many times.
You were lucky to get so close to the hospital as they are very strict about people filming there,,, another great vlog from you Adam, much love from the UK.
Adam, you going to these classic movie locations are the best videos ever. Perfect timing for Halloween. One more thing, we really enjoy the long videos, it doesn't matter if you include random moments or bloopers, they're all great. 👍
I'm glad you did the video. For years it has been said on horror sites that the hospital was demolished, so this proves it was all BS! Great video BTW!
I just watched this movie this afternoon! When I saw Dana Carvey's name in the end credits, I definitely did a double take. Great job as always, brother!
just in time for the Halloween season. Adam goes location hunting, very nice ! I've always liked the original Halloween II a lot , it did not get quite that recognition it absolutely deserves.
Wow..the last place you were at was my place of employment for many many years..!!..wish I would of seen them filming that night but I worked the day shift ..thanx for vlogging this Adam..it made my day...☺☺
I was literally looking for something to watch. The clouds opened up and Jesus gave me a wink. ;) Simultaneously, I see you've visited the locations of my favorite Halloween in the franchise.
Sorry I'm late, loved the vlog as always. A little trivia:... 1)The Police Officer who crashes into Ben Tramer, was played by stuntman/actor Dick Warlock, who actually played the Shape in Halloween 2... 2) When the Shape bumps into the "Boom-Box Boy" this is actually Dick's real life son, Lance Warlock... 3) Dick's oldest son is actor Billy Warlock who starred in Baywatch.
I just love this! I am from Australia and I was obsessed with all the Halloweens as a kid. The first one I saw was Halloween 4. I was captivated by the silent killer in a white mask. Unrelenting. I was probably 10 or so when I first saw it and I used to pretend to be him - much to the terror of my older brother and younger sisters! Then I saw Halloween 2. This one will always be my favourite. I loved loved loved the dingy hospital setting. I could almost smell the dettol and smell of sterilized bandages. He was more evil and ruthless in this one (I thought at the time). More supernatural perhaps? I then saw 5. This one excited my like no other. In hindsight, I can't believe I liked 5 so much. I was only a kid though, so I guess I didn't have a full, rounded picture of the whole thing. I really enjoyed how he chased them into the forest with his car, the laundry chute scene and the moment he takes his mask off for Jaimie. Looking back now, 4 and 5 are so trashy (but still interesting and cool in their own way). I finally got to see the original (strange order I know) when I hired it from the local video shop. It was R+18 and I would have been 13 or so. I somehow convinced my dad to hire it, suggesting that it wasn't that bad! I remember every week before I could hire it, I used to pour over the pictures on the back cover. I was so obsessed. Oh. And the Halloween music. Don't even get me started! Freaking timeless brilliance. Particularly the opening of Halloween 2. That organ!!!! I am so chuffed to find this video and I cannot wait to explore what else you have done. I feel like I have discovered long lost relatives!
My favorite entry to the Halloween 🎃 movies.....love me some Michael Myers......you did a great job catching the locations, but one thing was that those two masks really didn’t look so hot. I’ve got an actual numbered replica of Halloween part 2 Hospital Mask. It’s really cool 😎 and last year I dressed up in all of every detail of him, scared 😱 the crap out of some folks lolol! It was a lot of fun.
Hey Adam! I will say again your filming location videos are my favorite out of everything you do. I love seeing what different locations look like in present day time. Keep them coming! You should eventually go up to Astoria Oregon for the Goonies, Short Circuit and Kindergarten Cop locations, and more I'm sure.
Was there last June. Sierra Madre was a beautiful area. Halloween Heaven. Just up the road from the HMH post is the church from The Fog. I'm planning on going back next June to get the cemetery from the first film. Also! Had a Coors in The Buccaneer lounge just round the corner from Kersting Court. EXCELLENT video.

Imagine just sitting in your house and you look out the window and a stranger is filming your house lol
Dressed as The Shape
If I lived in a house that was used for filming, especially inside, I would entertain these movie filming location people all the time.
Can agree with that
LOL!
I'd be honored...and strapped
That line was always my favorite "You don't know what death is!" Then he runs away and the music kicks in LOL!! Classic

This is very cool. That tree is awesome. I wonder if those people sitting around realize what cinematic greatness was filmed there.
Freakin awesome! I’ve always enjoyed the sequel
Another great video, Michael Myers is my favorite horror character by far. I love the Halloween series.
The only true Halloween sequel period

Keep the horror movie filming locations coming. You put a lot of effort into these and they are beyond great. Maybe Season of the Witch next.
The house Laurie Strode was babysitting at was also used in Rodney Dangerfield's "Back to School" (1986).
Cool...no respect I tell ya..😁
In the 2007 remake, you can see Michael standing in front of the original Strode house when he's looking at Laurie, Annie and Linda through the library window.
Do not go gentle into the night,
RAGE, RAGE against the dying of the light!
That movie featured Keith Gordon, star of John Carpenter's "Christine." There are countless little loose connections between Halloween & Christine
