If you are coming to Kerala do visit the Gurudwara Sahib the best best part off it is there is only one Gurudwara Sahib in the entire state.

For food : Kappa-fish curry, parotta chicken curry, appam stew, banana roast (must try) etc etc
Hi Gaurav-Shreya. My wife and I just came back from Kerela from a 6D5N trip.
We did Kochi-Munnar(2N stay)-Thekkady(1N stay)-Alleppy(1N Private Houseboat)-Kovalam(1N).
Kerela is truly beautiful....we stayed in 5-star premium properties at all the places which added to it. But the only regret we had was that we couldn't do justice to our premium properties due to budget and time constraints.
Munnar is very beautiful with its majestic hills and pretty flowers. Instead of Matupetty Dam, visit Anayirankal Dam instead. Far less crowded and very scenic.
We ditched the Jeep Safari at Thekkady, and went for traditional Tiger Reserve bus-boat ride instead. Thekkady is also famous for its spices and spa so please make sure to indulge.
Alleppey Houseboat, make sure to book a private houseboat instead of sharing one. It's one of a kind experience.
At Kovalam, apart from beaches and lighthouse make sure to go for Povalam Backwaters too.
