    great content. so happy to have a great coach in my pocket
    armbars just started clicking for me and I've found myself not being able to break grips a couple of times now. thanks for the great advice

    That's actually a great sequence to go with for problems with the initial arm bar coach Tom. I'm going to keep this on the front of my brain for next time because I have had that happen before multiple times. Thanks again sir,much appreciated

    When I do an armbar I always hurt by balls if I actually apply pressure so I can’t do it.

      move your hips closer tot heir shoulder and if you can't, position the arm to the side of your hip not groin. (-: Coach Tom Davey

    hey we are working the open guard at my acadamy, im 6' 1" 230 lbs and move fairly well love triangle setups but the transitions from position to position in open guard i feel like i can improve on i guess i just need to understand the concept better.. any info would help im a 2 stripe white belt, i get put with much more educated partners because im absorbing the info quick..

    1:55 I wonder if it's not possible to, instead of falling back, shift your weight on his stomach instead while rolling up his head to then quickly sneak a mounted triangle..
