@@AgeofPC I second this. You don't realize how you slowly change inside. You tell yourself how harmless it is and it's probably something else, until you can't control your thoughts anymore.
I stopped smoking 3 weeks ago. I couldn't sleep for 3 days and my brain was in a fog for the next week.
Brought back the habit of meditation. Now it's as sharp as Valyrian steel. Even if I sleep for only 3 hours and I'm tired, I can wake up and be completely alert immediately.
Don't smoke weed. It really does fuck your brain. And don't rationalize that it's subjective and it's not that way with you - it is a very slow, gradual change in your brain chemistry, which you won't notice until it's changed a lot.
