I think the biggest tip here that people don't realize, is that you can redo completed levels. A lot of my teammates thought you could only try uncompleted levels and were losing out on a lot of badges every week. Trying the highest levels you can finish is the most important part of the campaign. And you're correct, it resets every 48 hours, so it alternates which days you're doing it each week. As far as the most important things, you'll get to the point where you can afford the whole shop except for the data. The top three rows you should be able to purchase everything but the exp and the speed ups on the first clear. Then the speed-ups are the next priority, and the exp is the priority after that. If you're timing it right, you should be able to use all of drone stuff on drone day, the exp on hero day, and you'll have the the speed ups for either construction or research day. Data isn't worth buying until you can easily afford the whole shope and have a couple hundred thousand badges left over.
