Concidering affortability on a $110,000 - $150,000 annual salary, and needing potential flexibility based on where a job may be after relocationg (no idea where I may find work...), where is a good area to target for housing? The round rock/cedar park/hutto area is what seems the most affortable and still kinda close to the majority of Austin metro in my research. Any advice?
If you think you'll be on the northern side of Austin, those are probably good places to start looking. Pflugerville or Manor could potentially work and be fairly affordable too. Luis who is on some of the other videos is a Realtor here and we'd love to help you find something or answer questions you have more specifically. 512.377.1237. Call or text anytime.

Sometimes I just have no clue what this TH-cam algorithm is doing. Thanks for stoping by!
What are your thoughts on the Morningstar community? There are a lot of apartment complexes being built out. Is there good for property value?
