Hey dear, if you have some documents with your current address then you can apply with that. If you do not have any documents with the current address I would suggest you do a rent agreement verification process first then apply for the current location passport. I have no permanent address document. In this scenarion, should i still need a rent agreement or these documents would be enough? This is the last help i need ma'am...even on quora and reddit nobody has the answer.
