Our hands is a part of ourselves , our personalities…in fact when one nail is broken it becomes an obsession to cut them all and start from fresh. And yes we fell different afterwards….. happy new year and happy first birthday to your baby❤
Nothing wrong with cutting your nails sometimes and enjoying the journey of starting fresh. I do it myself every now and then. Nails can be beautiful long or short and your lovely healthy nails prove it. Love the festive nail polish. Happy New Year! 💥🎉⭐️💫🎉
I learned a fun fact a while ago that hyponychiums (yes, it's hard to spell!) will grow longer on those with longer nails, fake or real! The reason why is because it's actually trying to support your nail from the underside. If you're having trouble understanding, think of it like a dock in a lake that has no water. A dock with no support columns has to be short, otherwise it can start to suffer strain from gravity. A longer dock needs more support columns. An apex still provides the majority of strength in nail enhancements but the natural nail needs to have its own defenses too!
That's actually not true since I've always had long nails and know how to do anything with them. It's actually harder to do stuff with them this short 😂

Probably you will like other colours and effects in the polishes you'll use on a short length. Mine were very long when I was sick since I didn't do much. Your nails are for sure amazing as you are an active mother and kept them long. As for me, it was a good sign to cut my nails...I'm back to work and a normal life. Love the red on you
i cut my nails yesterday too! they’re my nailbed lenght now (and it feels weird, i’m not used to having them so short😅, but i think i needed it badly). i have my birthday on december 31st too and i’m waiting for tomorrow to do my birthday manicure 😊
You were fortune with high quality natural nails, thats why you could have them so long. But shorter nail are also very beautiful, and with time you will get used to them, and see how beautiful they are shorter. 😘

The nail polish you're wearing looks gorgeous, on shorter nails as well! Two of my nails broke off yesterday actually (from playing the bass). I keep the other ones "long" because I just don't want to part with them - my fingers look chubby with short nails 😢😅

i´m always so sad if one of my nails is breaking. Not only that it hurts the moment it breakes off, it also dosen´t feel good when this sensitive skin is unprotected beeing exposd to every stroke of work your doing. To me this happens everytime the nail has grown out (only ring and pnky finger i were able to get as long as you used to..the others are bit shorter because they are breaking earlier) If this only happens once to you since many years, idk how you do it 😲? What is different?
