This conversation happened almost 3 years ago with only 6 thousand views as today instead of having millions views like cute cats/dogs videos. Yet, the discussion is so relevant to the post pandemic world now. Today, we see some big players in the industries which have prevailed in providing platforms and ecosystems for communities of modularized small players to emerged through interdependence. Being involved in digital transformation for a decade, I witnessed the challenges of top down approaches and the resistance of immune system from within the organization. After disruption of COVID-19, the emergence of system thinking with modular accelerations, new players have replaced the Incumbents in the virtual world to restart the new normal from the rubbles of chaos. The discussion close with a reminder of creating an ethical society and moral economy to rebuild trust, fairness and make things better for our future.

Why? His theories were confusing and nonsensical. Because they were stupid.

What a provocative discourse and convergence of ideas coming from two different approaches - business world and academia! Did anybody notice the points of collision, or otherwise, that will or can ultimately hurt the profitability and sustainability of a business enterprise? I am so pleased to have witnessed such a discourse.

Diversity is a strategy, not a moral principle. What actually is immoral is discrimination based on involuntary characteristics.
