Imo they realized that Rearmed/Attuned heroes were OP for account progression, so they made a new tame hero type just to have an excuse to release Rearmeds even less frequently
What im kinda curious about is how cluttered the hero screen will be with all the fluff on it: Summoner Support, Ally Support, Ascended Floret, Resplendent, X skill, blessing, emblem rings, and now another icon somewhere for this accessory buff. Also, a bit about how the special accessory will work. Is it like a sacred seal where I can lock it on a team and change it out so everyone with an Aide buff can have it at once on locked teams?
From what I understand, you use only once for a character and this character has the ability to equip the cute drone. That's it. So you can't lock teams and pass like blessing or emblem rings.
Possibly? It most likely works like the other accessories where you can lock it on a team like for ar defense but now everyone can equip the same accessory if they were given the aide.

I actually kind of like how they did the aided heroes. They're strong units, but they're not too overpowered, and getting some stats and an accessory isn't too bad. I wouldn't mind getting a copy of Aided Reginn.
Aide’s is definitely a tame thing but I like that since it doesn’t increase the gap between F2P and whales too much, it’s a flex thing for your fav characters which I’m a huge fan of I definitely also want timerra cuz I finally have a sparkable laguz friend as a F2P
It's so strange to see stuff like aide's when in comparison attuned heroes have been getting more and more busted echo skills (like we went from death blow to time pulse 4 in less than a year)
Aided Heroes are a bit weird, though tbh I'm just glad I don't have to summon multiple Aided heroes for my favs, if I get one then cool, free stat and a cool accessory. Speaking of, At!Timerra is a swimming fodder, she literally has the fodder I'm looking for my Askr Anna (TP Echo and either LF or BoL). I'll probably hold on still, Emblem banner is just much more enticing.

I’m tempted to summon on this over going a second round of CYL… Timerra is great, Fogado and Marnie are okay, Aided heroes I feel like they could’ve really made a perm pool addition. If they’re gonna make them allow multiple essences per summon, why not make them more easily available when the feature is so tame? Also, PLEASE IS WE NEED 6 SLOT SKILL INHERITANCE HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO KILL THESE UNITS WHEN I WANNA KILL THEM FOR EVERYTHING
Just giving us better access to the Tier 3 versions would be fine. Getting them on GHB/TT+ units, or on the units directly demoted/released into the normal pool, instead of withholding them or locking them up on special banners. No more fire boost 3s on 2024 GHBs!
I personally don't mind the new aided heroes. They seem rather tamed and not entirely gamebreaking, plus some extra stats isn't terrible. The one good thing to come out of this is that Reginn gets a new alt after how her refine turned out...
@@EremitaJ Kinda figured we'd have to get someone else as quests, because of Forging Bonds. Forging Bonds is generally the reason why we're always seeing an extra unit even when they fill up a slot on the banner with an OC. Neither the OC on the banner or the Grand Hero Battle unit get into Forging Bonds. The exception to this was last year's Valentia banner, as they didn't feel the need to actually give us meaningful depth to Sonia's witch sisters.
What honestly annoys me the most about this is that they give Reginn and all the girls a lot of cool and strong stuff, but ofc they barely give Nidavellir anything, not even his own prf skill, simply cause he's a dude.

I'm glad that this banner isn't broken. Cause it's refreshing to see normal units that are there for the fans. And I have to say I'm really happy that Merrin is Feh. She's one of my favorite characters from Engage. I'm hoping that I'll get one copy of her

We all need an aide in our lives especially since we saw it made our favorite reginn coffee. I’m glad they’re giving us Madeline for free since I didn’t like the other green armors they gave us last time around ( the flare axe was cool though ) let’s hope she gets a unique weapon.
#question Do you think IS should stop doing prfless demote? Demote will get their prf weapons in the future with a refine so why would they not release them with the prf and refine them later down the line
The end of prfless demote would mean the end of inheritable weapons (unless you don't count demote seasonals into this). Old prf weapons have aged terribly and will continue to age. Arcane weapons are premium, so I think it's great that we get prfless characters to provide us with budget weapons with all kind of effects. And some of those inheritable weapons have gotten pretty good lately.
as someone who only get's orbs by playing the game i have feeling that units are getting more powerful so i will save all orbs even more example this banner look insane bananas having breath of life 4 and laguz friend 4 is insane with those kills alone you keep on auto play and not die now let's watch the video

Latest new hero type seems alright. It reminds me of Attuned Heroes in my opinion. Only their item raises +1 for all stats and gain an exclusive accessory. The rest of the units are fantastic. They saw how many people put LF4 and BoL4 on there fodder factorys and decided now to just release a fodder factory which already comes with that skills.

IS knew what they were doing when only limiting the “aide” buff to +1 to all stats. imo it should have at least been +3. if the only reason you’re pulling for units like reginn is for a little bit of stats, then what’s the point. and on top of that, they disappear after foddering them…
" +4 to all stats don't matter" (merges) " +3 points to a competitive stat don't matter" (Florets) " +2 to all stats don't matter" (max merged Emblem Heroes) " +1 to all stats don't matter (one round of Dragon Flowers) " +1 to all stats don't matter (getting aides) I guess we're so used to rampant, blatant powercreep that getting slowly boiled doesn't even cross our minds anymore. It's true that skills have more impact than blank stats, but once a skill is invalidated (see pierceable DR) we're suddenly back to simple stat-swings with a snap of a finger. And the above already adds up to 7 to all stats and +3/4 to a competitive stat of our choice. And those are hard, visible stats! My Seidr could stand 3 spaces away and not just 1 to meet her Res checks - if she only had all of the above! It's not an outrageous addition, but an addition that will have an impact until EOS. No opportunity cost, just another small layer of power added to every unit. The slippery slope irritates me, especially since Florets and Emblem Heroes are comparatively new additions. Pets are dope though. Hope we get a floating eye from Blazing Blade!
It's just more P2W progress. Now it's just one accessory, when IS releases 5 AIDS units and +5 status turn to be relevant and ofc only whales can afford such investment. We coming for 3 digit stats.
Atk/Spd Finish 4 wouldn't make sense with her weapon since she cares about her Def more than her Atk anyway. Fodder-wise it's better, I will agree there.
I assumed that the Mythic banner will be Hraesvelgr, where she will have Warp Ragnarok abilities like Celica and Shadow Shifter like Reginn. 😂 Celica + Reginn = Hraesvelgr 😋
Aides seem like an excuse to put even less heroes in the regular pool which sucks. It's not that great of an effect to merit being limited the way attuned and rearmed are. At least we get more than 1 for multiples of the same unit.
Merrin, Marni and Pandreo, couldn't care about the others besides maybe fodder. Also interesting that the Solm banner is the one to feature the FEH OC with the name that becomes very funny if spelled backwards.
Aided heroes seem very underwhelming and I'm all for it. They won't be a must pull. Just sad that they are not in the standard banner... Also, where is Yunaka?! (I bet they are waiting for a new rearmed dagger occasion)
Basically just eating up a slot that could otherwise go to a permanent pool unit as another way to re-sell their overused has-beens... badly at that too, considering it's just a glorified dragonflower behind a gacha wall along with a cosmetic that the players of this game will drool over.
Wild that they decided to make Merrin five stars and give Pandreo for free. I'm pretty sure that man is the most popular Solm character, but I guess girl takes priority

Time Pulse Echo + Times pulse 4 + Quickened Pulse + marth echo + inf. Pulse means precharged aether? not too logical to do this but i HAVE to try.

How else would you get your drawing in? Unless they have booba or a lord they're just gonna be second bananas anyways.

Just summon on both red and blue orbs. If you happen to pull Timerra naturally make Merrin your spark.

IS knew what they were doing when only limiting the “aide” buff to +1 to all stats. imo it should have at least been +3. if the only reason you’re pulling for units like reginn is for a little bit of stats, then what’s the point. and on top of that, they disappear after foddering them…

I guess we're so used to rampant, blatant powercreep that getting slowly boiled doesn't even cross our minds anymore. It's true that skills have more impact than blank stats, but once a skill is invalidated (see pierceable DR) we're suddenly back to simple stat-swings with a snap of a finger. And the above already adds up to 7 to all stats and +3/4 to a competitive stat of our choice. And those are hard, visible stats! My Seidr could stand 3 spaces away and not just 1 to meet her Res checks - if she only had all of the above!
It's not an outrageous addition, but an addition that will have an impact until EOS. No opportunity cost, just another small layer of power added to every unit. The slippery slope irritates me, especially since Florets and Emblem Heroes are comparatively new additions.
Pets are dope though. Hope we get a floating eye from Blazing Blade!
It's just more P2W progress. Now it's just one accessory, when IS releases 5 AIDS units and +5 status turn to be relevant and ofc only whales can afford such investment.

Aides seem like an excuse to put even less heroes in the regular pool which sucks. It's not that great of an effect to merit being limited the way attuned and rearmed are. At least we get more than 1 for multiples of the same unit.
Merrin, Marni and Pandreo, couldn't care about the others besides maybe fodder. Also interesting that the Solm banner is the one to feature the FEH OC with the name that becomes very funny if spelled backwards.
Aided heroes seem very underwhelming and I'm all for it. They won't be a must pull. Just sad that they are not in the standard banner...

Basically just eating up a slot that could otherwise go to a permanent pool unit as another way to re-sell their overused has-beens... badly at that too, considering it's just a glorified dragonflower behind a gacha wall along with a cosmetic that the players of this game will drool over.
