for example do i have to use a dedicated PC/LAPTOP then should i run SQL or something to save or fetch data real time.
For building server you need some dedicated hardware which can run 24×7..
I would recommend you to use any pre build server
I guess you would like Flask / Django backend, if you like python...

There is a variable named as main so change the variable name everywhere present in the code
But during copilation code i got this error

You have to change the board in tools first , I also got same error, after changing the board to ESP32 it worked

My ESP32 just get data about 30 seconds, and after that it can't run. But after 1 minute ESP32 run continue and can not get data because error "connection refused". Sorry my English not good
