I don't organize my subjects I just stuff them all in one binder and hope that I don't inexplicably need one of the pages from 3 months ago from one of the 2 classes I have which involves any kind of notes at all, and it actually works surprisingly well
Literature - Blue-Green Russian - Red Math - Yellow Science (in elementary school, consisted of biology, history and geography) - Light Green Chemistry - Blue and White English - I guess rainbow 'cause the color of our textbook changes every year Art and Music - Blue Physics - Dark Blue I just remember the colors of the books from elementary school really well.
As an Indian, our school subject binders colors are quite different than other schools ( I suppose.. ). Here, our school subject binder colors goes like this! English (Literature & Language) : Yellow (for middle section/school) & Tera Cota (for primary section/school). Mathematics : Blue Social Studies (History & Geography) : Tera Cota (same as English) French : Either Red or Vermillion Hindi : Orange Art (not a mandatory subject): Red (just like French) Music (not a mandatory subject): Dark Blue Dance (not a mandatory subject): Purple/Violet EVS (Environmental Science. Also, this subject this subject for 1st and 2nd graders only) : Dark Green Science : Either Sky Blue or Peacock Green Computer : Phthalo Blue (similar like Music) Library : Either Yellow or Tera Cota (like English) Anyways, thanks for passing by this have a great day ahead!
From a UK perspective... English: Green/Purple Math: Orange/Yellow RE: Dark Blue Chemistry: Red Biology: Purple/Green Physics: Yellow (Yeah I think they were running out of colours) History: Blue Geography: Yellow (They use the same book for Maths for some reason) Languages: Light Blue Art: Black PE: Navy
Yellow was always history/Social studies. I think the reason for it is that faded historic photos always had a yellow tint to it. English/Literature was green> Science (of any variety) was always white/blue. Math was red. As red denoted danger, and math was so terrible to a lot of students that it immediately invoked danger. Or simply was the cause of a lot of red marks. Art was just...anything that was colored on front of it. The background didn't matter. Heck my art teacher used manila folders. Band was usually blue (if not science) or black. Everything else didn't matter as you didn't need a notebook or folder like P.E, computers, etc.
Maths =blue Literacy/English=red Science=purple History=idk not red tho Geography=green I have never heard of RE/RS can somebody tell me what that stands for
My perspective Science: green. no matter what. green only. (unless it was marine biology, in that case, blue.) Math: Blue. MAYBE red. but nothing other than blue or maybe red. Lit/english in my case: Yellow. non negotiable. other languages (in my case, spanish): Orange Art: Red

One thing I like least about the American school system is how you cram all the sciences in to one subject, like, how do you even learn the stuff you need to know in such limited time? Anyway biology is green and I guess physics is blue and chemistry is orange. No strong opinions on any other subjects, except for history, which is yellow
Maths = Red Geography = Orange History = Yellow Biology = Light Green French (I live in Belgium) = Dark Green Dutch = Blue Chemistry = Purple Physics = Lilac English = Pink Religion = White Arts = Brown
Nah, nobody is correct here. Green is science. This is the most obvious one. I cannot comprehend how anyone would willingly have science as any other colour, save for maybe blue. Blue is english. No idea why, that's just the one that works. Karma is correct with math. Math is yellow. Always. Red is for history, purple is for french, white is for art, purple is for music, and orange is for geography.

Well, it's only really in elementary and middle school where that happens. In high school, they split it up.
