Good idea this will works during the day time. Before adding LED add 1v to 12v dc to dc step up booster chip, then add a battery then led. So that u can use it for day and night.
Making a heat generator or a solar powered generator is much more efficient and what good is a solar powered light that shines in the dark if it's already powered by one

@@RATsnak3 why do you call it physically impossible? He has two large solar cells directly solderd to the terminals of a motor, and it turns when there's light on it. The other motor is being driven by the one with the solar cells on it, and it is acting as a small generator to power a couple LEDs.

It's great but I think it will be a good idea to put a capacitor after the rectifier circuit .

First you dont need a full bridge rectifier because its bc not a bldc or some sort the voltage drop of the diodes are going to eliminate the voltage coming from the generator(DC motor) and why need a motor? Can you just use the solar panel itself??? The motors are going to be useleas

what do u call that black thing where u connect the dc motor?
It appears to be a bridge rectifier, which turns AC into DC. I don't know why he's putting it in the circuit, since DC is what's coming out of his generator. Don't follow this guy's lead; he doesn't seem to know what he's doing.

What are the volts and amps of each motor and solar cells? Since the 2 solar cells sum in series is equal to the motor it's running then what is the imput/output for the second motor? Does it do any kind of DC voltage step up?
I'm expanding my own solar 300w 12v DC cabin right now. Ive been working very hard on it and I cant wait until its done.

Those solar cells were wired in parallel, not series. If you were unable to recognize that, then you probably shouldn't be doing any work involving electricity.

Technically the concept works but its inefficient asf. Might as well directly connect the solar cells to the bulb which results in lesser energy losses.

6 volt 1 watt
This would work if there was no friction and if the moters where extremely efficient but since every thing has friction this is taking low voltage solar power and making it even less voltage
Don't forget iron losses, copper losses and resistance.
