Bro I found you on Instagram and holy Shit you are goated my boy. You really own these lakes n ponds boy. He said “let’s go to town ladies and gentlemen”, and then proceeds to crank back to back to back. YOU ARE HIM!!!!!!!
Appreciate all you do Tyler. You've helped me and my son out tremendously in the sport of fishing over the past year or so since I discovered your channel. Keep it up brother man
pond number 39 probably did have some big ones it’s just that there are probably a lot more small ones. but i’ve fished ponds that have 1/4 ice cream cone bass and then caught 2 lbers so idk
Dude that was great to watch, just so many fish! I only just found the 100 pond series and I think I have watched everyone of them in a day!! Please keep them coming!
Love the 100 ponds series. Dropping a lot of knowledge throughout and I’m soaking it all in. I appreciate what you do for us fellow angler’s trying to learn.
that first red rod and reel combo you had, ive been using it for a while now and its very smooth. texas fishing is always fun, its getting hot down here in houston though lol. love the videos brother
Yet again another amazing video thanks for all the help pond fishing is fun and difficult to break off is real I think I broke off four lures last time I was at a pond kind of depressing but nevertheless didn't catch nothing and have fun and the weed does have a wee fishing game that is not a bass catching one but it is on Wii party
Recently found your channel as I have started back fishing after a 20 year hiatus. Went out last weekend and caught several nice bass on the pond using your soft bait recommendations (ocho and shad). Would you do a video on Catch And Release? I am curious to know what you do exactly and your opinion of the idea. I have seen you release fish in your videos. Several of the fish I caught the other day were mortally wounded. Just curious to know all your thoughts and how to catch and release properly. Thank you and love the channel!
Hi Tom! I’m glad you have found the channel and are enjoying and learning! I catch and release all of my bass, and rarely have mortality issues. That usually happens when you throat hook a fish, usually from having them eat your worm for too long. I just don’t have that issue very much anymore. Just takes a lot of time to learn when they have it, and set the hook in time!
Love the videos! Cant wait to get out there on some topwater during memorial day weekend! About that Wii Game....Bass Pro sponsored a game called "The Strike". It is a pretty amazing game for its age. It has lakes from around the country and many different species, lures, and rods. They have it on the OG Wii that came out in the early 2000s and they did a revamp with better graphics for the Switch. Both games even comes with a fishing rod prop. I highly recommend it. Its one of my go to boredom games. Would make an interesting video :)
Ha! Pond 39 is my "home" pond - I'm just a couple of neighborhoods away. I know you caught small fish there, but my 8.5 and 7.4 pounders came out of there too, and I saw a high school kid get a 10 pounder out of there not too long ago. You're right though - lots of small fish there. Bigger ones are few and far between, but they're there. (Both of my big ones were caught at night on chatterbaits. My most recent one was 6 weeks ago, just on the left side of that rocky point.)
@@TylersReelFishing Yeah, there's definitely a lot of algae (esp. now) and vegetation going out about ten feet all around, but then it gets pretty clean. More than any other pond I've fished, a dropshot works great in this one when nothing else is working, for whatever reason. And the chatterbait has been great at night, obviously.
Bass fishing has been a little tough lately for me between everything going on hopefully soon my dad will take some time to take me out fishing but for now I am filming me at my local creek #bigcreeksteppa
Tyler, excuse my ignorance, but why is your fishing spot at the 4:00 mark a "point"? I thought points were places where land jutted out into the water. Still trying to understand all the terminology. TIA.
You are correct in saying that. If you look at the drone shot, and notice the concrete, you will notice that it continues underwater to form a point. Not all points are physical land above water
Dude ...looks like .. You are fishing under pressure ... But why?? The fishing day or time is to enjoy ... Using light gear y thinking about how to make the bigone bite.... Please enjoy more your fishings trips.....relax and enjoy the trip day and all ober around you ... You have nice and beautiful places to be there......calmdown.......thanks for share your adventures......✌🏾👍🏾
I'm just curious, do you specifically go to ponds from word of mouth or Fishbrain that actually have bass in them? Went pond hopping to some that I have not fished before. Spent 5 hours in total to only have bluegill nip at my baits. Dropshot, ned rig, compact jig, wacky worm, and jackhammer were all used at each of the 3 ponds. I'm convinced some neighborhood associations only put bait fish in their ponds for a reason. Any thought?
Most ponds in Texas neighborhoods have bass in them, mainly because they were old farm ponds. There are a few though that don’t have any fish in them, that I leave out of the series
I not sure but sounded fake. Was texting with someone says they were you and won a kayak. Love to see you traveling around pond hopping. I bank fish so it's nice to learn different techniques and styles. Thank you. If it was you..please hit me back up.
Yes. This is my "home" pond, and the trash is obnoxious. Really nice neighborhood too. THe playground and fields nearby get lots of use - it's a very active, fun area. I wish people took better care of it.
Good stuff as always! I've seen a few fish w coloring like your 2nd catch, very speckled w less definition in banding, etc. Is that a hybrid black bass of some sort or is there a reason they color up like that?
What's goin on my dude I got 4 banger ponds for you... 2 at Millsap high school and 2 at Mineral Wells Golf course... Hope you check them out and for some extra there's Mineral Wells State Park is where I caught my PB 4.92lbs 100 yards off the Kayak launch

I’m so glad to hear that!
Same for me.
Caught fish on a swim jig (well swimming a jig through grass), for the first time, after watching a video of yours
💖👍 Looks like the fish didn't care what color you used at pond 40...cool.
Low on lures aye!! Maybe you could do a tackle haul and show us what your buying and throwing this summer!!!
Tyler I can’t stress how many more fish I’ve caught cause of you thank you brotha
So awesome to hear!!
Really glad you said that about tackle warehouse. I'll make sure to buy through those links from now on.
That would mean a lot to me!
Thank you!!! Bank fishing is where most of us are at

Imagine having sport fishing as your job! ❤
It’s pretty amazing!
That was a great video Tyler. Way to work that jig. Thanks.

Getting hot here in Dallas too!

That happened to me when the cold front came in 10 dinks caught and a 4lber on a popper.
I love this series so much
Same my dude

“Fishing’s like a box of chocolates you never know what you’re gonna get” nice top water action

I just finished catching my first frog fish of the year. I’m up in ct and things are starting to heat up
Definitely heating up all around the country!

Killing it with the jig! Definitely one technique I'm trying to learn. Everyone I see using them are slaying.
And I’ve got plenty of videos to help you👍🏼
I would love a Florida pond video.
You need to make a comprehensive list of your favorite ponds since I live in Frisco I’ll be sure to check them out 😂👍🏼
Oh I’ve got a LIST now haha
Love the video the intro is 🔥
Gas prices, BOO, $4.65 a gal here in Cali. Love the pond series
Thank you for the pond videos. Very helpful!
And thank you for watching!
Tyler, would you throw a topwater in 65-degree water in a pond?
Love your channel. I’ve learned a lot. Just ordered me a lews Mach 2 bait caster. Be the first time using one.
Dude I love the videos I wish you could fish a pond in my area!
Go fishing in Gilbert, Arizona. They have lots of ponds full of bass.
Bass fishing has been a little tough lately for me between everything going on hopefully soon my dad will take some time to take me out fishing but for now I am filming me at my local creek #bigcreeksteppa

Amen to that!
Great information. Thank you
Thanks Sam!
Nice video 🔥🔥🔥and I’m only 40 mins away from most of these ponds.

Hey I’m trying to catch my pb and all this stuff is helping me learn. Five or six pounds should do it any suggestions plz help 😀😀
To Tyler, I'm going to fish this pond and the water is like 65 degrees, would you recommend throwing a topwater?
Could you introduce the rod set up before you fish? Would be dope to know.
It’s always linked in the Video description
Stinkin loved the video ha
He great vid I was wondering if you are going to the 1000 islands this year
I sadly will not be. Next year!

Your link for the Mach Patroller goes to DSG. Are you working with them also?
No, that’s just the only place they are sold right now. Exclusive through 2022
Why does the TackeWarehouse link for the Mach Patroller go to Dick's Sporting Goods?
Because that’s the only place it is sold until the end of this year. They have an exclusive with it sadly
Hey Tyler what jig trailer were you using or recommend?
It’s linked in the video description 👍🏼
I got a notification with a number to text and lost it somehow. Could you resend that please?
I'm getting a job very soon so you can expect me to get stuff through your links😂

I have not
that 1st pond was abhorrent. Pisses me off when i see trash like that in a nice little neighborhood pond

No, those are all largemouth. Some just have different colorings!
👍
i want to know how you throw a 3lb that far into the pond 😂😂
Cause I’m built different
How are you half way through is this is ep15??😂😂
He does 2-3 ponds in every video.
Sega bass fishing wii!

I'm not sure but I think someone was trying to scam me. They said I won a prize then asked me to pay 60 bucks for shipping.
