Abundance and prosperity to everyone! 🙏🏾❤
I saw greatness in Bobb Mathews in his first prep. I messaged him and said "if you can avoid injury you might be one of the greatest ever." @ssjbobb
Bobby boy better enjoy it while he can. These are Rondel’s training numbers
Bobb has plenty of room to grow, but what he is doing at this weight is insane. Just the other day Rondel admitted he's progressing to quickly for comfort.
ssjbobb my goat
Bob and Williams a beast! 🦍
Rays squat at 1:38. Lets gooooo!!!
Ssj bobb🔥👑
It's always crazy how Ray just shoots out of the hole
🙏
Devon moving 500+ lbs that easily on bench is ridiculous.

She is still in the USAPL. This is Powerlifting America, The IPF affiliate
@@Drakan86 Oh ok, i dont follow enough to keep up with the different federations. I dont see anyone half her age here putting up her numbers, Jenn is a beast!

@@SinnedNogaraso be it 😮 according to me This technic appear too stup1d . It doesnt look benefit. My grandmom used to pull the slack better than him
@@uras1611That’s Mike T. He’s a legitimate legend of the sport, multiple times World Games winner, coach of dozens of world champions, and the man who pioneered the use of RPE in powerlifting. I think he knows what he’s doing.
This technique is his way of working around a long-standing back injury. He’s been very open about it on his social media.
