And his covers are said to sound 'gospel'.
This is another overlooked cover of his (with Katrina Velarde) where the instrumentals (aside from the vocals, of course) are FIRE -> *'MULI'* (Tagalog for 'again', no English captions but just be swayed by the music). :)
Another instrumental and vocal fireball is his cover of SWV's *'WEAK'* (with Kyla).

The original is one of the reasons why I bought JL's album. But now, I'd rather listen to Daryl's version more than I would the original. Props to JL for a marvelous song, though.
