A little different scenario than you explained in this video, but I have yet to think about creating a new absence account. I was trying to find a way to change the payout from personal to business, and they do not allow you to do that. Setting up a new absence account and changing it should solve my problem. THANK YOU!

You can’t create a second Adsense account until you have deleted the other Adsense account because it’s against youtube policy to have more than one Adsense account. Then you need to wait 32 days before you can request to connect another Adsense account.
You can, as long as you don't use the same email address. Also, you can connect the AdSense account immediately without waiting for 32 days, except if you are making a second attempt.

I had issues with my pin and decided to change my Adsense account and tried to use a different one..looks like it’s halfway linked but my previous account is unable to close because my pin hasn’t been verified, im stucked..please what do i do!?..im told my Adsense account is missing required payment etc.. my ads aren’t showing any more and my funds are still in my previous account

The bottom line is what I am saying is the transfer doesn't reflect anymore. I have verified my account and gotten payment before now, I don't know what's going on
Before now i usually will see the amounts reflecting in my AdSense towards my stipulated threshold but since i got my last payment it hasn't reflected at all, all i see is zero amounts at each month since February.

Fix the issues mentioned to you through mail by AdSense and you will be fine.
