Jb stable product form hota ho tb OH attack krega..15.20 pr stable 5 membered ring form hoti h isliye OH ne attack kiya...in second example if OH attacks on carbonyl then 4 membered ring will be form which is unstable. ..

I have doubt about 4th example.the OH is attached with primary carbon atom then then how it's form ketone
It's attached with two groups so secondary carbon
