I do like the elements of switching to random soldiers, cops and first responders as the events are unfolding. But some of these missions I feel don’t really flow right here. Namely the ones with Price and Soap managing to catch up with Makarov moments after his escape and the airport double switch. I believe the whole thing with him trying to frame the ULF in the base campaign could work as it would give the Russian and the US reasons to invade Urzikstan, allowing Makarov to hit both super powers there while at the same time have a bit more free reign to commit to his attacks. It also makes sense for Makarov to slip away after getting wounded and eliminating one of the OG 141 members like Gaz or Soap. Maybe even Laswell herself so he can be dealt with in another game.
