Simon and Deena were an amazing couple....Their love was so sweet and innocent...It is too bad these two characters weren't together later in life as well....I would love to have seen their relationship mature.... +briana lewis Simon and Sandy didn't end up together. They really didn't talk about him much at all during the 11th season, only that he was doing well in school and such. Guess we can imagine Deena and Simon together after all :-D.

Lily Zerep :yeah but to be fair just because he’s engaged doesn’t mean it works out because the ending of series is always left a mystery for fans for some reason so to a lot of people it’s like Simon is still Single until someone gets more proof than what Ruthie said about Simon. Because half the time A character jokes around about something .like back when Mary was with Wilson and everyone in the family thought Mary was pregnant for the wrong reason and things eventually got cleared up in the end. Because half of the stuff that gets said in the show ends up being false alarms without fans realizing it is my original point. Because why else would the show not show who he was engaged to or at least say who he was engaged to if he was actually engaged? Why would they leave us wondering
At the end, it's mentioned that Simon is married, but they don't mention who it's to. Maybe it's Deena? If they don't have anything mentioned, we can make it up, can't we? Can't we?

In the series finale, they mention Simon has /something/ going on, some secret, but don't say what it is---which is part of the frustration... If they were going to mention Simon, or any one of the originals at all, they *SHOULD HAVE* said something specific and concrete that gave us, the viewers/fans closure.---Especially when we're not seeing them.

Maeve Mallory she’s in season 3 and 4 as a recurring character, and Simon is dating her. She comes back for a few episodes in season 5. And one episode she has starting dating someone else. And later on in season 5 they try to start dating again, but they realize it’s not like it was when they dated before.
