Suresh Balnadu, Bayaru Arecanut Farm and Ajith Rai, Kayarthady Farm.
Both these farms are located in Puttur. This month Hasiru Agri Tourism have organized their farm visit to both these farms on the 21st of January 2024.
These farms have been established in 1980 and their main occupation and source of income is Agriculture.
Main highlights of these farms are:
1. They have grown pepper vines on 10 and 20feet cement poles.
2. They have installed smart irrigation system.
3. They have grown Paniyoor.1 variety of pepper on Rubber and Saguvani tree.
4. They have installed a 2kilo watt hydro electric unit in their farm through which they can generate electricity and they don't face any electricity shortage even during rainy season.
7. No usage of bore well water
8.They have a polyhouse dryer
9.Centralized Chemical sprayer system has been installed in the farm.
10..Usage of Slipaulin sheets and built two huge lakes.
11.One of this farm is 10acres in size and the other one is 20acres.
These farms are great sight for the eyes with greenery everywhere and both these plantations are disease free. Please don't miss this field visit and spread this message to your friends and family.
