I personally find it really difficult to stay on top of my diet during autumn/winter season so I was wondering what works for you. Honestly, any health/beauty advice from you would be appreciated since you’re so gorgeous head to toe ❤
Hi 🤍 I usually don’t reply to comments that touch on this topic as every body is different. I have touched on it before but I have struggled since I was a teenager with my relationship with food and an eating disorder. On top of that I also have PCOS that has always made my weight fluctuate 🥹🤍 so my habits will probably not work for someone who has a different lifestyle and body type. Also please remember that these vlogs are 1 or two days of every two weeks and I usually film the days we go to eat out nice yummy food and do activities, we eat mostly at home on a regular basis 🤍 additionally we walk A LOT, every single day to go pretty much anywhere unless it’s a road trip and we take the car. I do Pilates but a few times a week. I used to over fixate on what I ate and my exercise so much that it ended up being counterproductive for me plus a lot of hormonal issues that made me gain and loose weight without much sense. Now I have my PCOS as in control as I can & I eat what I feel like while having moderation and being active. PLEASE know that any extra pounds gained over the holidays are due to moments you get to enjoy with family and friends, yummy food, and memories you will cherish forever 🤍we are more than our weight.

It is always an additional expense. I have a tip for you for the T-shirt under the sweater: Look for a white T-shirt with the same neckline. They do exist. Not sure if you have Peek & Cloppenburg in Barcelona?If you do, they usually have them 😉You look beautiful. Love the new pieces and love you ❤
