So keep trying to bring out, or step out from the mental emotional bodies,, to the free and clear light body of the of Higher Self. your Higher self. Practice Being lower self and higher self.Use image overlay technique, step out, and back in to lower self as that is what happened in 5D. You transition up/ down. . Go back and forth with it. ,,learn how to temporarily step out and away from your own energy energetically. Use the Om if need be and quiet your own vibration when things get worked up. . The Om works on upset infants, so I tried it on my self,..also rose quartz..( need to sit on a throne of rose quartz! to get through it) .fellow TF. My heart is with you and all TFs on this Path.
