Yes, thank you for this. I corrected that on the next video I uploaded. I learned later on that the 2yr validity still remains and the 1yr validity did not really happen for IELTS. I think I should just leave a note on the description for that, so others may not be confused with what I said here. ☺️

Good day po! Thank you for this video, it's very informative, especially for someone like me who's just starting to collect all the required documents. On the other hand, correct me if I'm wrong po, I think, IETLS is valid for 2 years and the proof of funds should have been maintained for 3 months prior to SINP application. Thank you!
Hello, YES!!! IELTS is valid for 2years. I should (but forgot) update that on the description. haha, I figured that out when I was creating the video where I shared my process and timeline. Thank you for mentioning this! And for the POF, yes it should be maintained for 3mos, but I opened a new bank account for this and I read somewhere on IRCC before that account should be at least 6mos old (not the funds, just the account) so yea, I may have mixed-up my thoughts on that. 😁 Thank you, and good luck on your application ☺️

Btw, just want to ask if POF only covers the bank statement? What if a lot property but still on mortgage? Would that count? Any idea? Thanks.
Dapat liquid ang POF, mortgaged property or any fixed asset is not considered as proof of funds. POF’s as described should be readily available to you - meaning you can withdraw, hold, spend the money or if using dividends/stock; dapat ma prove mo na meron regular pumapasok sayo na pera. Pinakamadali talaga is savings/checking account with the required POF amount.

Hi Miss Kimmy..Yung proof of funds po ba kelangan from the very start ng app is buo na sa acct mo..for example 800k ilalagay namin sa joint acct namin magasawa..or kelangan po paunti unti mo ilagagay yung 800k sa loob ng 6mos?
kailangan buo na sya even before you start your application and ideal na hindi nyo sya magalaw until nomination. kasi number 1, kelangan may maturity na 3 or 6 mos ang balance na equivalent to your required POF. Dapat namaintain nyo yung average balance for 3 to 6mos (depending on your pathway/requirement) pag nagsubmit kayo ng POF document. And just incase ireview ng immigration officer yung POF nyo, dapat buo padin sya. Until you get your nomination or approval, dun palang technically na makakahinga ka na sa possible reviews ng immigration sa documents na pinasa mo.
Hi maam kimmy, my husband and I have been watching your videos before we pursued our canadian pr journey nkakainspire po talaga kayo. We have created our EE profile and have submitted letter of interests to some pnp programs. However our crs school is low around 312 lang po, both nurses. Given with this score, do we have a chance to get invited po ba?
Ideally and based sa qualifications, at least 400 dapat yung score to get an invite. Pwede mo ma increase yung score/credentials mo if you get hight points on IELTS, or if you can get a job offer. Pwede rin, you can try and search for pilot programs or occupation in demand na mga pathway since nurse kayo pareho ni husband. Sure yon that you will get an ITA if makakuha kayo ng job offer. ☺️ mataas ang demand for nurses dito, dito lang sa SK, hirap talaga hospitals dahil kulang sa tao.
pwede po ba mag create ng seperate NOC sa gckey, kasi 5 years sa purchasing manager and 5 years in civil engineering for 10 years
You can put all your different NOC's under 1 application. No need for separate profiles for different NOC. I'll take my profile as example; with my 12 years of work experience, I had 4 different NOC's and yung latest NOC ko was not my main NOC for application. :)
So should our employers write a job letter outing our job description?

Usually on employment contracts or job offer or letter of appointment, your jo description and duties will be listed and detailed there. If you don't have a copy of this and you wouldn't like to let anyone from work to know your plans to apply for immigration, you can just ask a copy of this from your Human Resource department and say that you would just like to have a copy and keep it in your personal file.

@@happydayvlogs7503 based sa guidelines ni SINP, 60points ang minimum to get invited… as long as your NOC is in demand, technically meron kang chance. On previous draws, mas mataas sa 60 yung scores ng nainvite. Yung draws ng June & March is 88 and 89. The last draw where they sent ITAs to EOIs na 60 was August 2023. May chance parin, pero talagang pasensya and tyagaan maghintay kung kelan ulit sila mag draw ng 60

regarding po sa employment here sa pinas, pwede ba COE lang ibigay sa express entry or may format na dapat sundin?
yes, pwede COE. Yung format naman walang requirement, as long as it is on Company's letterhead. Ang need lang is to have the Company's address and contact details. Basically dapat official document and traceable yung document. Pwede mo rin isubmit yung ITR or BIR 2303 as additional employment reference.
If I have combined fixed deposit with one months interval that makes up my proof of funds. Does the three months count with the later or the former?
Average amount in your account in 3 consecutive months should match the required POF. In example, the POF needed is 20kCAD your Jan-Feb-Mar balances should be at least 20k-20k-20k.
Clarif mam. You said, or I must have been confused, that POF (bank certification) will only be required after I receive the ITA but the funds, for submission must have there already at least 3 months and account at least 6 months?
your required POF must be maintained in your bank account or at least you have been maintaining the average balance that is equal or better yet, should be more than your required POF. Depending on your pathway or requirement, usually they require that you have maintained that amount for at least 90 days by the time you submit or upload your POF document.

Hello kimmy , i am an electrical engineer. Having experience gor 8 years. But my masters is in social science faculty. If i claim engineering 21310 as noc which is matched with my bachelor but isnt theres a chance to reject my application beacuse of claiming point of masters. My masters is not relevant with my noc and bachelor.
Your educational background should match your NOC and you should also have a work experience related to the NOC that you are claiming. Probably it would be better if you claim for an NOC that will be related with your Social Science Faculty Masters and submit a proof that you have work experience under that category too. Even if you have 10 years of total work experience and say you have 7yrs engineering experience and 3 years for Science Faculty, that should be fine.
Miss Kim, re reference letter from my previous jobs lahat yon puro corporate jobs and 2021 when i changed career ( hospitality ) and up to present yan ang nature ng job ko. Magkakaroon ba ng issue sa noc matching sa application ko yung mga previous corporate jobs ko? kasi idi-declare yon sa form
I think wala naman, based on what I know, as long as you have at least 2 years experience sa idedeclare mo na NOC, and as long as it matches your bachelor's degree okay yun with SINP.
for reference, yung NOC ko rin for my work experience is iba iba, pero yung bachelor's degree ko is related with all the NOC's sa work experience ko. Magkaiba lang satin kasi most recent or current yung NOC mo when applying, so I guess mas okay yan. Kasi ang una ko intindi dun sa guidelines sa SINP, yung most recent, pwede naman pala hindi as long as na meet mo yung criteria nila na 2yrs exp and aligned sa bachelors mo yung current work mo.

2011-2017 (NOC that I used to apply)
2018-2022 (diff NOC)

What do you mean by employment references,should we tell our place of employment, we are planning to migrate?
employment references are just proof of employment/proof of job experience. because you need to prove that you have qualified experience with your NOC on your application. Its not necessary that you tell your current employer that you are in the process of immigration application. You can just submit a copy of your employment contract, income tax returns/filings that you have, notice of promotions or certificate of employment references. It's just really any proper document which proves that you had that "work experience"
@kimmy clarification lang po, so kung Banking and Finance and degree ko pero ang naging occupation ko is sa Call center, meaning hindi related ung tinapos ko sa naging work ko, possible po na maging ineligible po ang result ko for my sinp ee application?
Hello @audriandbernice1473 , I really could not answer this question. Pero based from what I know, read and gathered from others' stories, kelangan related ang educ background sa work experience, and sa declared NOC.

Hi po! sa pag create ng express entry profile po ba magkano ang ededeclare na proof of funds kahit hindi kasama ang family? Thanks po! stated po kasi doon na kahit hindi kasama ang member ng family included pa din po sa funds?
yes, kahit hindi mo kasama ang family, counted parin sila to determine kung magkano ang POF. Ang explanation kasi ng IRCC dito is kahit hindi mo sila kasama, considered parin na kailangan mo sila i-support financially even if hindi mo sila kasama pag land sa Canada. So if 4 kayo in total sa family at kahit ikaw lang ang aalis, ang POF mo is kung ano yung required for a family of 4.

I have launched my SINP EOI before my ECA and IELTS results. Is there anything wrong if I score better results than mentioned in EOI profile ?
I haven't heard of a case where someone gets declined for having higher IELTS vs EOI. I suppose there is no problem with that, bec when you receive your ITA, you would have to type in again your IELTS Score and upload your test result. It's usually okay to update your profile to claim for higher points.
I would like to ask regarding Wes, i am married now do i need to use my married name in registering to WES? Or i will use the maidens name since my school credential name after it
You can use your married name when registering with WES. I did the same too, I registered with my married name but submitted my university transcript that is on my maiden name.

kailangan sealed and signed ang ipapadala mo sa WES. Need mo talaga mag request from the school ng new copy. In my case, hindi pinadala derecho ng university sa WES yung TOR ko, I had to get the sealed, signed and stamped copy from the Uni and send it thru DHL to WES. You have to give your school yung letter that you can download from WES upon creation of your account to request for TOR na ipapadala sa WES. Ganun talaga, kailangan natin ng mahabang pasensya sa paghintay sa lahat ng process na pagdadaanan kahit etong pagkuha ng TOR lang. weeks din binilang ko bago ko nakuha yung TOR ko, naipadala sa WES hanggang sa mareceive ng WES yung TOR ko.
For the work experience 2 item Is that means the job that I have worked before submit EoI
1.within 5 year - 10 pts.

So, I worked in my home country more than 10 years I would get 15 pts. Am I correct?
Yes, correct. I had the same years of work experience and had 15points for it. ☺️ Just make sure that it is at least full 10 years before you submit your EOI.
Do you have to first have both IELTS and WES evaluation before launching your application at all? Is it possible you start your application and upload your IELTS later before the 60 days application period closes?
Yes, I had my results with me before I created my profile. It's best to have them ready with you before application so you accurately claim points based on your actual IELTS score or WES evaluation.
If you claim for higher points on your EOI vs your actual score with IELTS and WES... meaning your actual CRS score is lower, then there is a high chance that your profile will be ineligible.

Heyaaa @nintaijoel6439 I'm really not sure how to answer your question. I also have limited knowledge on the NOC matching. Anyway, in your CS occupation/experience were there any chances that cashiering/opening accounts/collecting payments/or preparing bills or invoices or something relates is one of your responsibilities? If yes, I suppose you can relate that with your diploma of banking & finance, you just have to make sure that it is clearly stated on your job description/reference. If not, what I can suggest is to find the right NOC that matches your CS experience then on your transcript or diploma, if you have business management or anything that can be related to CS, that may work. But before you submit any application you can try to send an email to the province that you are applying to or to IRCC to inquire about your diploma and your work experience if that is okay with the qualifications. It usually takes 3-7 business days before they respond but they may be able to give you some more information on how you can proceed with your application. Hope this helps! :)

Heyaaa! SINP took 9mos to process (during pandemic with delays) - but including my preparation before submission, it took me 10mos.

Actually yung POF na sinubmit ko is "Bank Certificate" lang ng savings account. I just made sure that the total amount in my savings account exceeded the required POF. Nag request lang ako sa bank branch ko, which is PNB, ng Bank Certificate, then yun lang pinasa ko. Dapat lang naka letterhead ng bank and may clearly identified contact details si bank sa letterhead. Pag nag request ka ng Bank Statement sa bank, hihingin lang nila purpose and adresee, the purpose I gave was "Immigration Application" and will be addressed to IRCC and I got the address of IRCC from its website din ata or google search lang din. ☺️
If you have multiple POF to have the build the total amount required, pwede naman. If you are married, pwedeng savings account mo plus savings account ni husband. If you have investments, pwede rin yon basta hindi time bound or hindi yung time deposit.
Hope this helps! I'll try to cover documents preparations, medyo challenge lang to figure out pano ko ippresent kasi mostly, unique to each applicant ang pag produce ng iba ibang requirement.

Okay na yung existing account mo, mas better yun than opening a new one. You just need to fund it with your required amount for POF ☺️
