I AM SORRY THIS IS KIND OF LATE!! My flight landed back in Australia about an hour after the episode finished airing and then the download link for the ep took FOREVER to come out so I ended up passing out because Jet Lag.
Lowkey confused why there wasn't even a crumb of a batcat scene when there's so little episodes to go but anywayyy. If you don't know, this song is literally my favourite of all time. Like, if you've ever gotten that feeling from finding YOUR song you know what I mean and I'm going to continue breaking vidder rules and edit this song at least once a year idc.

i finished watching gotham and i thought i would leave here a proper comment
i cant count how many times lately i rewatched your batcat edits, i started watching the show because of them (yeah i dont mind knowing what with happend with a ship, i usually start watching shows after watching plenty edits first)
and now i saved your playlist so it would be faster for me to watch these
all of them are incredible, gorgeous, beautiful, stunning but if i would have to choose my favourite one i think it would be this one, that's why i'm leaving this comment here

Nelson Martinez nah personally I feel like that it should end here. A show shouldn’t go on longer than it needs to. Otherwise it will eventually get crappy.
They’re wrapping everything up. Batgirl is born. The joker is born. Catwoman is basically catwoman. Batman is very close to be being Batman. Poison ivy is poison ivy. Etc etc
There’s no real need for it to continue. The only thing I’d accept is a Batman sequel series but other than that there’s really no need. It’s had a good run and it’s no doubt gonna have a satisfying ending. So I’m happy.
@@thewerewolff7248 I could easily object ALL of your points, would i care to try? Hell yeah! No, it does not need to end here; Many characters have not been introduced yet like Croc & Nightwing and others have not developed properly or given enough of a backstory Zsasz & Dent come to mind.
Since when long equals crappy? Would you say the same about highly regarded shows that have had 7 seasons or more like Supernatural (15), Walking Dead (10+), Game of thrones (8) or Big Bang Theory (12+)? It's true that Smallville was not brilliant all the way and it all changed when Rosenbaum left but the first 7 were excellent!
Batgirl born? Truth. Joker born? False. Selina BEHAVES like Catwoman but she is not yet. Close to being Batman? Very far from the truth! Still a lot to learn and years worth of story to tell and i would prefer to see Bruce enduring this training instead of jumping 10 years ahead. Ivy is Poison Ivy? Debatable.
The cast and crew work hard and they are a family, they are wrapping everything up because they were FORCED to and it was not something they really desired. You must not be a fan of the cast like i am and the REAL chemistry they share otherwise you would not wish for them to split so soon.
A hundred episodes may be a fair run but it's not a good, great or close to being a satisfying run; The fact that David M sacrificed years of his life and won't be allowed to wear the cape reflects that and him not filming after turning 18 means we won't get the best of what he is capable of doing with his acting ability, scenes we have been waiting for years to come to fruition will be watered down, a proper Batcat love scene between David & Camren is a great example of this and he must fight several people in brilliantly shot cinematic action sequences AS HIMSELF and not another actor in his place, until this happens the story between these chars will never be over or properly concluded.
Batman sequel-spinoff series in the small screen i am down with but it has to be with the Gotham cast.

Nelson Martinez look dude you seem worked up over something that doesn’t really deserve it. I am a fan of the cast they worked really well together and they’re all really good actors but frankly that doesn’t mean the show should continue forever. In my experience a show can start to become bad if goes to long because the writers have used up their good ideas and have to resort to their average or quite frankly bad ideas. Arrow is a prime example of this. It had two amazing seasons, a 3rd less good season (not their fault tho that was the SS movie’s fault), a 4th really shit season, a 5th pretty good season and the 2 seasons of meh. I don’t want to see Gotham go down that route.
Nightwing shouldn’t be introduced because he’s not Gotham local. We’ve see his parents and that’s enough for me. We know he likely exists or will exits in the next few years. I don’t really need to see a 1-3 year old dick Grayson. It’s been confirmed by Bruce’s actor that the villain they fought in the sewers this season was meant to be killer croc. Also quite frankly I don’t want all the villains be introduced in a pre Batman time. Some villains should be left till post Batman. As for Dent they kinda wasted his character and I doubt if the show continued they’d bring him back in any meaningful capacity. If they did I’d hate for him to become two face pre Batman. As for Batman Gotham would have to go on for like 5 more seasons for David to be any sort of position to play Batman and that’s too many seasons of pre Batman content. Especially considering Bruce would have to leave Gotham for his world journey which would be kinda dumb because well the show is literally called Gotham. 5 seasons of build up is more than enough for me and the characters have all had great character development. I will be satisfied with ending as the Gotham writers are good enough to give me that after planning this season that has been really good. Also quite frankly I think that we should be happy they were given a chance to wrap things up at all. A lot of shows are not so lucky.
Look if you think the show should continue then good for you but let’s face it its not gonna happen. Petition hardly ever work. Young justice, clone wars, samarui jack, B99 are the only real examples of fan demand bring a show back. But in all those cases they weren’t given time to finish properly and except for B99 it took years for them to come back. Most of the time petitions do nothing as much as I wish they did... I’m fine with it ending here and you should probably come to accept it too. I’ve done the 5 stages of grief for this show and have moved on.

Huge difference between worked up and passionate. I never implied i wanted it to go on forever but 7-8 seasons or a film is a way better middle ground.
Your Arrow argument is your own personal opinion, i only watched the first 3 seasons myself but i heard 6-7 are decent and miles better than 4 or 5.
Never said i wanted to see baby Nightwing for i was just making an example out of the character and his parents could be explored instead, David said it was MEANT to be Croc but in the show this was never confirmed and Dent could be fixed, all they need to do is bring him back.
This is not Batman's canon, this is Gotham canon and in Gotham the villians create Batman and not viceversa, so yes, most villians should be present before it transitions into a Batman show.
I don't need 5 more years to see David as Batman, but i do wish/want to see more of the JOURNEY with Bruce slowly becoming Batman and if it takes 5 more years of that i will gladly take it.

The fanbase is there, the cast is loved and Gotham is in it's prime and it should have never been cancelled, period. Obviously, the difference between us is that you only love the show but i both LOVE the show & RESPECT the cast, crew and EVERYONE that makes it possible; Have a nice day, buddy!
