Her style is not just continental, it is continental AND combination knitting, to be precise, which is very rare. Usually people use combination knitting mostly with flicking.

I don't knit that stitch but I do knit combined continental to keep my tension even. First time I've seen stockinette stitch done this way. Yea!

This kind of looks like crocheting. Is the work quite loose? Looks nice, but unfortunately having tried I don't seem able to use this method. I think I am what is known as 'a thrower' in knitting and have stopped trying to crochet. Thanks tho for video. Like the colour of yarn by the way.

Is working the knit stitches into the back of the stitch part of the pattern, or is this just the way you knit normally? Seems like there is a lot of twisting and untwisting of stitches going on here. Pretty pattern though.
