Treat a mother’s contempt the same as you would a man’s. This woman needs to go to jail for 30 days to help he understand that the law must be followed.
This judge is always soft on mothers. It's ridiculous.

If you watch her closely during her first rant, and she keeps mentioning Her son, she's actually turning to him, he's sitting right next to her. That's bad parenting right there. Never involve your children in your petty drama

This is exactly what my husband went through with his daughter and her psycho-mom! Now, 20 years later, the daughter still won't have anything to do with her father. Counseling did not help. Counselor actually put in writing the mother was interfering. Court did NOTHING!!!
In my case, I kept my daughter from her father bc of my selfish needs & hatred towards her father. I was bitter. My daughter is now 26 and we barely talk bc she sees I was the problem and her dad wasn't the bad guy. I had her at 18 didn't kno how to be a mom and that haunts m3 daily. I only scarred my daughter in the end. This mom Will reap soon
Same for my son as well. I just trust that karma will kick her in the butt.
My dads was this way too I don't care too talk to him much if not at all and I'm 25 now and hes still bitter towards my mom to this day for being left by her after being attacked by him.
Sounds like the exact thing that happened to my husband. Counselor also said that the mom was alienating the kids against their father and nothing was done. Years of family court cases, $30,000 out of pocket for attorney fees and yet it got to the point where the kids were so brainwashed that they refused to talk to their dad. Those kids are adults and it has been 10 years of hell and 8 years since my husband even heard their voices on the phone. These evil women are not only dangerous but are extremely evil and the law needs to get tough on them and not allow them to destroy relationships. Not to mention the mental health issues that will cause the children as adults.

This lady smirk on her face is so annoying, disrespectful, demeaning, and attempting to be controlling the hearing… She’s clever as a fox cunning deceitful hurtful… Saying as you’re supposed to love your child more than you hate each other… Her hate towards her ex transcends hundred percent in on and around her son…it’s very sad. Sickening and I hope this all gets straightened out for the child sake and the dad sake… Horrible horrible treatment of her son. Use him to try to get back at dad that’s just sickening.
I've watched many of this judges court cases. He is softer then melted butter, complete joke some of his rulings.

He does resemble a marshmallow...soft, white and puffy...probably was a mama's boy as he seems to rule in favor of mother's not the Dad, yet if the boy becomes a delinquent you can bet the finger will be pointed directly at the Dad.

I will never understand why a court makes an order that they don’t intend to hold the plaintiff and respondent accountable to follow it. IMO its completely unacceptable for any parent to withhold and alienate a child from their other parent unless there is a clear danger. It’s disgusting how judges give women so much leniency and little to no accountability 😡

During the Dad's motion statement the Mom can't keep the smirk off her face. Her visible reaction to the dad saying she didn't realise she was destroying their son was very telling.
Looks like they are going to be back in court sooner than later with her attitude. Her having the child sit next to her while the proceeding are going on isn't wise.
No one is listening to her son. Except the school counselor, private counselors, guardian ad litem, and his father. Maybe she is not listening.

I remember watching a previous case involving this couple. This is a nasty, manipulative woman. Seems to me she is jealous that the husband has moved on and is now married. This woman is doing nothing but inflicting mental damage to her child. This woman is doomed to be alone for the rest of her life as no man would want to put up with her.

Disgusting to use a child as a pawn. My son was 5 when we divorced and would cry when he had to go to his dad's. I encouraged him to go and didn't give him a choice because there was no reason for him not to go. The problem was that my ex cheated several times, and it had nothing to do with my son. He is an adult now and has a great relationship with his dad. That's what you should encourage. It doesn't matter how you feel about your ex. You do the right thing for your child.
This Judge IMO is usually biased towards the mothers . $100.00 fine is a joke.
And she don't have to pay it if she plays nice for the next 6 months.
Seems like she trying to get dad to do something out of anger to get an upper hand in court too. IMO too.
Divide that $100 by the number of days she stole and a free pass for abusive alienation and it's a bargain.
This judge is a glass of warm milk on a bonfire. Absolutely ineffective. She's not going to take this as "I need to stop screwing around, I hate my ex more than I love my son." She's going to take this as "I just have to keep this shit up, even harder." Just another example of, "Women grow old, not up."

My ex was manipulative and angry. I had to leave. Moved to Europe. The visits then were ruled twice a year for 20 days vacations.
Problems with my ex were over. My daughter decided to study in Europe as soon as she was old enough to choose. She never returned. Her mother needed to travel to see her.
This is when women, or men, custodial parent decides to use the children against the ex with false allegations of abuse and other things. This child is now messed up mentally for life.
Thanks for speaking for parents generally. Pathology doesn’t!5 discriminate and only those who lived through it have to deal with it now get it.

I rarely see a good family court judge. Judge Evans is one of the worst & always sides with these awful mothers who use their children as pawns. It's really sad that fathers have to fight so hard for their rights & these judges continue to enable these manipulative mothers.

First thing I am not accusing this honorable judge of any wrong doing. But I had a question: The judge says he read both orders last night. My question is can a judge bring files home with him to read/ prep? Again not accusing the judge who has never shows any evidence of misconduct. Just wondering about the legality regarding cases.
A friend of mine had access to website named Pacer Monitor (online case document sharing) when he had a case pending in Fed Court and able to read all motions filed in his pending case. Perhaps the judge used something like that?
