1. 7 years ago bought the hero optima hx, since the day I got had problem with the bike not even service center with technicians are available to repair and no response from showroom (Jaya bharath, East Tambaram, Chennai Tamil Nadu. ) to get warranty clime also, fed up with the bike can't even repair with local mechanic, had many options while buying. electric scooter but I went for hero due to made in india huge disappointment.
Showroom people say hero company is not supplying us the parts then how we can't do. Now 89000 Rupees just standing like a front house showcase doll.
