Simply put mild-hybrid in this vehicle is a small Integrated starter generator (ISG) motor unit connected to a separate 12 V lithium battery(48V in models abroad) that provides some torque boost and assistance to the combustion engine through a belt drive. This battery is charged through regenerative brake action. The ISG is NOT capable of propelling the vehicle on its own so its effect in improving fuel efficiency is not that substantial. However, it is a smaller, less complex system and hence more economical. Strong hybrid system , apart from a high efficiency combustion engine has a separate electric motor drive unit and a motor generator unit connected to the drive train through an eCVT. The electric motor is fully capable of propelling the vehicle on its own and thus greatly increases fuel efficiency. The Strong Hybrid operates on a higher voltage and has a much larger battery pack that is charged through the combustion engine driven motor generator unit and regenerative braking. However, this system is more complex and expensive . Strong hybrid systems also have certain driving parameters to be observed to maximize their efficiency.
A full hybrid can drive on battery power alone and operate in fuel efficient, zero emissions mode up to 62% of the time on average (due to its powerful battery), a mild hybrid cannot drive on pure battery alone and therefore delivers considerably fewer benefits than a full hybrid.

If you compare top xl6 and top brezza manual variant the difference is 43 thousand only and for auto variants 43 thousand only and same you can expect for grand vitara but bit more like from 40 to 80 thousand of difference . now they gonna price it aggressively because of fierce competition if they don't there are many other options available to consider

If compared with the models of Brezza… the two lower models of Grand Vitara starting from base have a difference of ₹1.5 lakh and the top models have a difference of ₹1 lakh as per the expected prices shown by V3 cars in this video. This is same for both manual as well as automatic variants. So nowhere the expected prices are same with the prices of Brezza.

I don’t think this pricing is correct because as per this the Brezza zxi and vitara delta have almost the same price. So people will go for Viara over Brezza. mostly chances that price will crossed 18 lac on road hence alpha plus is top model so chances of 18 plus is maximum
