Who's ready for a totally new season and experience for SPT here on the Gamer Visuals channel? I decided to create a character and backstory this time around to make it a bit more immersive.

Character: Jack Mercer, a USEC operator, is stoic, pragmatic, and loyal, shaped by military service and the harsh realities of Tarkov.
Rules for SP Tarkov S3:
-when jack is “incapacitated” (death) he is dragged to a random area of the map by friendly scavs.
-scav runs will be used to rescue jack, get some money and get him back in the fight.
-the scav will keep their equipment, but everything else will be sold or kept (if its a needed item) and from that money, Jack can buy a "budget kit" from the traders (no flea market).
-Jack must stay in the same map he died in, using the "budget kit", to fight to get back to the hideout.
-If the scav dies, Jack must do a pistol run.
-Jack can carry on as normal once he escapes back to the hideout.

12:03 If you open and close your inventory after planting an item it will allow you to plant the next one immediately
if youre having issues with the scavs not being friendly when playing player scav you probably need to make sure the setting in the Greed application for player scav is set so that scavs and (if you want) bosses are peaceful towards you (now I dont know if that means they wont target you even if you shoot them or what but i had issues with scavs randomly targeting me when I was a player scav)

An idea for you. Could the friendly scav actually gets you back to your hideout to heal up and rearm sometimes, so you can then use what's in your stash? Other times you have to use what the scav gets for you? You could do something as simple as toss a coin or a random number generator, odds one way, evens the other.
That’s actually not a bad idea either!
Regarding your comments about M855A1. Yes it is the standard ball ammo used in the US Army and mostly the other branches. It has great terminal ballistic against flesh and the steel core can penetrate light cover and some older armor better. But it is a super hot round because it was designed to give the same performance out of a 14.5 inch M4 barrel as M855 had out of a 20 inch M16 barrel. This means it has slightly increased felt recoil and increased wear on the weapon. Also when you use it in an M4A1 you will notice the difference in rate of fire on full auto. M855 is slower and M855A1 is faster. Overall it is a good round but it does have drawbacks like increased wear. My unit still has some limited quantities of M855 for training but warstock for us is now M855A1 and that is majority round we use.

Yeah, it’s a bit annoying but at the same time it just keeps me on my toes
I find customs to be easier for me too for some reason, but on Interchange I get absolutely destroyed and never get out alive lol

I'm having issues with the SPT spawns as well, I've changed the settings in Donut to make everything spawn at least 100m away from me (except on Factory) - I got killed in 6 seconds off spawn on Ground Zero the other day....
Skill issue tbh...I'm literally using default settings and I don't see AI until a couple of minutes into the raid. You just have either changed a setting accidentally, or you stand out in the open like a dunce
Lol what a lovely fellow you are. FYI, I spawned at the back in Skyside reception (by the Mira flare extract), INSIDE the building, and was getting shot at before I crossed the room. Definite skill issue, for sure. It was a duo and they have to have spawned at the gate at the bottom of the stairs.
I think the newest SAIN update has the ai acting super nutty! I personally love it

Depends on what unit you’re a part of. Regular military and non SOF units are moving to m855a1 if they aren’t using the new Sig weapons. Those dudes will be using that new round

I'm pretty sure the military has just done that thing again where they've spent an untold amount of money developing a new weapons platform only to just give it to the special forces guys to test out and then they're not going to go anywhere else with it. They're going to go. Oh well, it doesn't really perform any better than the M16 and the m4 might as well not replace them here. Here's some new stuff for the m610 and m4 instead

Maybe you should lower the bot accuracy a bit. It seems like you have been headshot a lot more then me and my account time is probably triple yours, with all the same mods n everything

you don't have to wait when planting. you can plant 3 at one time. they will all have their own individual timer ends

Nah they still do. I’m just making it work so i can actually use gear in my stash that’s been sitting for forever. The rules still apply and if the scav was to die, pistol run it is 👍
Just curious what’s your reason for no realism mod?
Only reason i don’t have it is because i already started the series and am super far in it without it. I plan to implement realism in my next season! That way i can get some time to test it and figure out what i want from it
