Mozart would be an excellent Jazz maestro if he’d lived in our time; what people don’t understand about Mozart is that he traveled all through Europe and heard all kinds of music and he was a sponge. Most composers and musicians of that time never traveled and were not exposed to music from many European countries. But Mozart was truly a cut above the rest, period.
