I noticed around 2:10 the bass (I don't know my music terms) skips the note on the 2nd beat and puts it on the 3rd beat of the measure. It sounded like it dragged, so cool.

Awesome take on this ... brilliant . Quality of the video is brilliant (4k,videographer and ‘the light’). As a wannabe myself I always find myself watching the performer I am drawn to at that moment, ie the effortless fill or the ‘what!!’ bass lick which is hard to see from the more focussed video. In the wide shot I can get inspiration from everyone all the way through. Great work and will be becoming a donator!!
Really enjoy videos with this sort of camera work. Anyone can tell you guys have fun jamming together by the way you smile and grin. It would be awesome to have the new camera work include more shots of band members giving goofy grins to each other in the same video frame instead of panning sideways one band mate at a time. The chemistry you guys seem to have together is where Scary Pockets shine!
Wow, Sarah Dugas can really belt out a song! Before today I'd only seen her backing Nataly Dawn, in Pamplamoose videos. Nataly has a more subdued, breathy singing style, so Sarah obviously has to dial it down as well. But put the woman front and center and she can bring the sultry heat! Way to go Pockets, this vid's a winner.
