Damn Bob, Didnt know you were rollin with 3.always pursue your passion . Ive owned 7 benz diesels over the years from 79 to 81.your vids are always imformative ....thanks
Congratulations brother on all of your accomplishments, I love the new Phantom, keep making great videos, hopefully one day if I'm Texas I can pass by your shop and look at all your beautiful cars...
The lovely black wheels the 2004 RR has makes it looks so much newer. Just goes to show that putting newer wheels changes the entire imagine of the car.
You are funny and goofy at the same time videoBob. Just wanted to say congrats on your purchase. I’ve been following the series on your Rose Royce adventures since you purchase the first one.
Thanks Bob, for another awesome video. Always fun watching and listening to you discussing your Rolls Royce collection. Have you thought about adding a Seraph to the group? They are beautiful.
in the early 1970's ,apparently when musician Cat Stevens was at the height of his fame , he was looking at the Rolls Royce's or Bentley's at a London dealership to buy one for his manager , the sales manager saunters over , looked at Cat , with arrogant disdain and said " Save your penny's son " Cat Stevens replies , " No , I think I'll take one now , is cash OK " . I remember reading that somewhere in an interview with Cat .
I have a 58 Silver Cloud 1 & an 89 Bentley Turbo RL . Have owned 13 PMC's since 1976. Bob really like you RR videos & enthusiasm for the Marque .They let me experience the Phantom without writing the cheque. Had a Shadow 12 years ago.The most maintenance intensive RR but they do ride great.I am in Calgary Canada.
In addition: there is something called garage mode, where you can set the opening of the trunk lid to not hit your garage door. On Mercedes it can be set by pressing and holding the close button at the desired opening angle until you hear a beep. Maybe it is the same with the Rolls, maybe you can confirm that? The setting can be deleted by pressing and holding it again until the beep
actually you can remote close the boot. Just press hold the lid button and it will close. Just have to keep the button pressed all the way through. And about the height of the boot when it is opened, you can also adjust it as it by adjusting the cylindrical hydraulic ram. It calculates by voltage and you are suppose to adjust it to within a specification.
Toronto's favourite strip club tycoon drove the same Rolls for three decades. I think it was a Silver Spur. I love the Silver Shadow Bob, great story about this one. Thanks for the video. Your Rolls Royce videos are popular for a reason!
Bob thank you for posting this video, and thanks for mentioning the "Rolls-Royce Scent", that’s priceless😌. ...By the way:-" The ones that criticize your lifestyle, ... that’s just noise, and don’t even pity those", cheers 🍻💥
So glad you bought another Phantom. Share as many details as you can - it is never boring. And it makes (potential) ownership a little less scary. I have '96 Bentley and really warm up to these first series Phantoms.....Living in Dubai with plenty of good examples around. Cheap parts is not so easy to come by. BMW 7 series parts should solve some of this burden I think. Keep it going and check out a Phantom Coupe next time....
Thanks for the great video, it was interesting and educational and the best part was there's no stupid loud music in the background. The presenter was very well polished and professional. 👍
First time viewer. You certainly have an interesting look Bob. But I must say you have a wonderfully down to earth vibe about you and that makes for an enjoyable watch. Good on you sir. PS the new cars paint is much improved from the muted silver of the old one. Way more presence. Cheers, Michael in Toronto.
INCREDIBLE video again.. My hope for this new Rolls is to keep the paint original and also the wheels but that is just me. When it is not broken, do not change it.
Yeah Video on they are nice I agree. Nice I like the 1967 best it's a year older than me. My Subaru has a wide angle backup camera that sees up and down the street and what is behind you.
Dude this is my first video experiencing you and your channel. And yes, I wondered if you really dressed like that. When you said that at the end really made me laugh
The old Silver Shadow may be desperately flawed by todays standards but on looks alone it beats the pair of BMWs hands down. It's the perfect candidate for a restomod.
Nice video. Probably a good chance that you bought back your car's original hubcaps off ebay. The front right wing (fender) on the newer Phantom is a different colour from the rest of the paintwork. Have to fix that!
It appears as though the power close boot has more distance to travel when you pushed it up by hand. I suspect there might be a dead gas strut somewhere in the hinge. Common issue on the older Mercedes s-class (w220) with power close boot.
I think for the American markets some RR cars weren't built to order because some customers didn't want to wait the 6 months it takes from filling in the order form to finally getting it. They wanted to get into one in the showroom with a reasonable spec and drive it away.
I have a 75 silver shadow. Needs some restoration, but the shadow is a cool classic. I’d like a ghost 4 door version. I paid 3000$ for my shadow, and got 1500$ back. Planning an ls swap for it with a modern drive train. I like getting more than 5mpg :)
Liked your video, I'm a Rolls fan. Back in 1988 I was in England, went to the International Auto Show in Birmingham. Also did tours of Jaguar in Coventry and Rolls Royce/Bentley in Crewe.
I love watching you I’m 14 and when I get older I want to get a Rolls-Royce. Your videos are the best
14? wow, that is great.
Same and i’m 15
32 :(
27
Same here, i'm 17
As a Brit I really appreciate how you know these cars and look after them properly. Subscribed.
Damn Bob, Didnt know you were rollin with 3.always pursue your passion . Ive owned 7 benz diesels over the years from 79 to 81.your vids are always imformative ....thanks
I couldn’t buy the wheels in Australia for $58k. Great looking car. Well done Bob
They sell old rolls stretch limos that aren’t expensive whatsoever. Should look into getting one of those
Congratulations brother on all of your accomplishments, I love the new Phantom, keep making great videos, hopefully one day if I'm Texas I can pass by your shop and look at all your beautiful cars...
Owning those cars is probably more expensive than actually acquiring them lol
Yes it is way more expensive, I say it for experience
Owning any high end car or v8 and larger engine vehicle is.
The lovely black wheels the 2004 RR has makes it looks so much newer.
Just goes to show that putting newer wheels changes the entire imagine of the car.
This dude need to be a motivational speaker because he motivated me
A real RR junkie! And, yes, VideoBob is bespoke, too (shoes & sartorial style), just like his cars.
I really like your videos…hopefully we can communicate. I ove the shadow. That ‘69 was the year I went to college….safe driving.👍🇬🇧
We love whatever you talk about. You have this flare a kind of way that makes any kind of video you make enjoyable and entertaining.
You are funny and goofy at the same time videoBob. Just wanted to say congrats on your purchase. I’ve been following the series on your Rose Royce adventures since you purchase the first one.
I am soooo happy for you Bob ! You deserve it all 🦈🦈
Respect,,you’ve saved a beautiful Royce my friend,👏👏👏👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Bob your Rolls-Royce videos are fantastic and a tonic
Thanks Bob, for another awesome video. Always fun watching and listening to you discussing your Rolls Royce collection. Have you thought about adding a Seraph to the group? They are beautiful.
Your video has wet my appetite I am on my way to become a proud owner ro Rolls-Royce. Thank you for the super video

Good to know my Lincoln Town Car had a feature the Phantom didnt! My trunk opens and closes itself from the fob
Thank you Bob! I love your channel. Helping out future rolls Royce owners😁🤝
That brake rotor looks like the perfect weight to get you back INTO shape, Bob!
I HATE it when I have to close the trunk on my Rolls Royce by hand. I feel your pain, bro.
Tom Besson lol
The 67 silver shadow is a beaut!
You have a great addiction because Rolls-Royce is the pinnacle of ultra-luxury 💯 Keep the Double R's coming 😎

Nice one Bob ! Live the dream 🇬🇧👍

6:45 - The big reveal that the entire internet was waiting for!
I don’t care what people may say about your look I love it
I BET HIS CLOTHES SMELL LIKE HIS OUTFIT LOOKS

I tried this but it doesnt work.
Toronto's favourite strip club tycoon drove the same Rolls for three decades. I think it was a Silver Spur.
I love the Silver Shadow Bob, great story about this one. Thanks for the video.

Happy to see the Shadow again! I have a Shadow II and would totally go in on a old Rolls scented candle
Glad for Bob is enjoying his cars. He is truly into Rolls Royce. Hope for continued success.
Great video Bob on the Rolls. I think your 2006 is great. I like the darker wood as well and the sunroof.
So glad you bought another Phantom. Share as many details as you can - it is never boring. And it makes (potential) ownership a little less scary. Did you fix the beeping noise whenever you drive from a complete stop?
Thanks for the great video, it was interesting and educational and the best part was there's no stupid loud music in the background. The presenter was very well polished and professional. 👍
You just convinced me to buy a Rolls-Royce!!! great details!!!
Oh my GOD, Bob. I love Love LOVE that Rolls-Royce row... The Phantom is my new favorite expensive car !
I love the Rolls Royce videos!!!! WAY TO GO!!!!!
Can’t believe Arch watches Videobob too
Hi Bob I have 1972 Shadow owned for 35 years and also a Bentley Arnage T 2006 , nice cars
Love the new Rolls man, keep it original.
INCREDIBLE video again.. My hope for this new Rolls is to keep the paint original and also the wheels but that is just me. When it is not broken, do not change it.
Great job, hilarious shocks and rotor piece.getting better and better.
Yeah Video on they are nice I agree. Nice I like the 1967 best it's a year older than me. My Subaru has a wide angle backup camera that sees up and down the street and what is behind you.
You can adjust trunk opening height in the I Drive
Beckie also agrees that the darker wood is nicer. Also that Embroidery in that 04 was not done at Goodwood England, that was done in the USA.
VideoBob, l saw you on VinWiki today!
I look forward to your videos.. keep them coming.
Great video and comparing the three - very happy you been able to buy and run them
An American with a British sense of what opulence is. Well done sir.
Fantastic video, really enjoyed it.
So interesting listening to you talk about these Rolls Royce's
Dude this is my first video experiencing you and your channel. And yes, I wondered if you really dressed like that. When you said that at the end really made me laugh
In 1997 I drove/moved the white there was one of his hats in the trunk. She also had a silver one a little newer.
can you talk about the maintenance difference between the 2004 2006. i hear when BMW took over repairs are more reasonable for the normal person
The tray tables are mirrored for a reason, and I would probably order them too for that same reason, whenever I'm rich enough for such things. 😉
Congratulations you just taught everyone how easy it is to steal those center caps
Love the Phantom. I am hoping to get an older Phantom too.
Hey Bob you look like a Big Boss from Grand Theft Auto 5 - Great Taste in Cars Bro - Peace
I like the Rolex.
Remember the cartoons you used to watch where the characters wore the same clothes every episode? This is no different
" just a little flex video" lmao bob you're a beast 💯💯🤟🤟
Doesn't the silver shadow honk if you pull on the hood amblum?
Yes it does.
The old Silver Shadow may be desperately flawed by todays standards but on looks alone it beats the pair of BMWs hands down. It's the perfect candidate for a restomod.
Love the video with the 3 Rolls hope to see more videos on the 2 you keep.Beautiful cars Bob.
Very nice collection!!
Videobob You have Exquisite taste👍
Great video and a honest revieuw, keep it going😃 Hi from Holland
Nice video. Probably a good chance that you bought back your car's original hubcaps off ebay. The front right wing (fender) on the newer Phantom is a different colour from the rest of the paintwork. Have to fix that!
Bob you made me love RR i used to hate every thing about them......AHMED FROM BAGHDAD Iraq
Cool video.....does it have accident history looks like the passenger doors and front fender are different colors
It appears as though the power close boot has more distance to travel when you pushed it up by hand. I suspect there might be a dead gas strut somewhere in the hinge. Common issue on the older Mercedes s-class (w220) with power close boot.
Is it just me, or does the car with the grey wheels the fender doesn't match the door color?
Noticed it too
Swap the headrests since they are both with black trim, before you sell it.
I think for the American markets some RR cars weren't built to order because some customers didn't want to wait the 6 months it takes from filling in the order form to finally getting it. They wanted to get into one in the showroom with a reasonable spec and drive it away.
Most likely dealers would order popular combos they knew people would settle for and buy on the spot.
Its the smell of british class!
I have a 75 silver shadow. Needs some restoration, but the shadow is a cool classic. I’d like a ghost 4 door version. I paid 3000$ for my shadow, and got 1500$ back. Planning an ls swap for it with a modern drive train. I like getting more than 5mpg :)
one thing I did like about your 94 Phantom is the two tone paint........😇
I like watching your Rolls-Royce videos, well you sure keep one very much interested in the episode that you talk about. Bob!
Dude I’m so Glad that’s you made it’s home 😢🤟🏽😊 Love your video’s especially the Roll Royce ‘s .
I would keep the 1967 Rolls because it is an actual Rolls. The 04 and 06 would be sold and the money would grow in the bank
love the new rolls, mayby the trunk has a setting how high it opens, my mercedes does.
Yep! It took me like 6 months with my sclass before I realized that setting. Lol
Any of the cars have the picnic table for the Grey Pupon Dijon mustard?
Mate i just love your videos specially because some of the videos is about Rolls Royce. thanks keep the good work up
The darker wood sooo much better
Those are cool! I want a '48 era Silver Wraith like in 007 Spectre or the white one in Scarface.
Nice video Bob, do you use one of your Phantoms for a daily driver or something else?
WOW!...,I have, this addiction as well👍🤔
..
Liked your video, I'm a Rolls fan. Back in 1988 I was in England, went to the International Auto Show in Birmingham. Also did tours of Jaguar in Coventry and Rolls Royce/Bentley in Crewe.
Mirrored tray tables!? Now that's just incredible 😂
