Speaking of Ron Jeremy he actually appears as an extra in Ghostbusters from 1984 I kid you not!👻🚫🎥🎬
That's a weird little tidbit.
You forgot to mention the “Screeched” tape that Dustin made himself back in 2006.
Oh, I'm not touching that one. *shudder*
I dont think he forgot it. I think he "forgot" it.
I like that Jeremy Miller from Growing Pains does his famous scream during the song in the credits LOL!
It's a pretty fun sequence.
LOL @ "Elvira is second breast known..."
Yeah, I'm pretty proud of that one.
"He's the king, the come back kingah."
Is this a Corey Feldman reference?
@@savedbythebelldeepdives yes. was he in sbtb?
@@ezandman6804 Not that I know of. I'm just obsessed with that performance of "Go For It."
He played himself in “Made” too I thought
This series isn't done. I'm working on an angle for Part 3 right now (but likely won't get released until September).
@@savedbythebelldeepdives Ah ok sweet
That's my favorite cameo of his 😂
Who you and screech?
I’m eager to hear what you thought of him on “Celebrity Fit Club”.
I look forward to getting to it.
Dustin did his stand-up act at MSOE while I was there sometime 2001-2005. I don't remember the exact year or much about the set, other than there was a lot of making fun of nerds, which was not well received. He seemed to be trying as hard as Elizabeth Berkley to break his SBTB typecast image.
It's like the Christopher Reeves issue: Once you are known for something so iconic, it's hard to break out of it.
Damn. 1 minute ago the other day and 2 minutes ago today 😂
I'm tellin' ya, keeping you on your toes.
I hated how that reboot decided to pay tribute and do a scene where the cast honored his memory....AFTER his death and exclusion.
I haven't seen it yet. I've heard mixed things about the new series. I'll get to it eventually.
I felt so bad for Dustin Diamond.
It's a rough business, and he couldn't seem to break out of SBTB.
@@savedbythebelldeepdives Yea, it seemed that he couldn't break into the mainstream like Mario and Mark, or even Tiffani. I know that towards the end of his life he was kind of a jerk, but even then it was obvious that he was probably frustrated and unhappy the way his life turned out
While I can see that, in a lot of cases he did it to himself.
@@vgtrp true, but it seems a lot of his issues stemmed from his unfortunate childhood experiences.
13:36 Brad, the witch hunter??
STTW
The same. I must have missed that run of episodes.
You forgot to mention Dustin was also on the tv show "The Game" as himself?!
I don't see a credit for that show. Do you have an episode I could look into?
I seen dicky Roberts it was okay it had its funny moments and some sweet ones .
I didn't hate it, which surprised me.
@ me too
I'm not going to lie I gave a 'yay!' at seeing Megan Parlen. As much as 'Hang Time' always ran a poor third behind SBTB and 'California Dreams' in viewing when I was a teen in the late 90s I did have a crush on Mary-Beth Pepperton.
Yo, she was cute. The only "Hang Time" I've seen is because of this channel.
Well it's been a long time but as I recall it she was cute and funny - a rich, popular, fashion/shopping obsessed kind of snobbish girl with a heart of gold. Much like Lisa actually, except she was lucky enough to not have to deal with Screech... uh except for the 'Saved By the Bell'/'Hang Time' crossovers at least.@@savedbythebelldeepdives
Kelly Packard, who was in the B Movie special, did go on to Baywatch, I don't know what she's doing now.
That's good to know. When it comes to Baywatch, if the name wasn't Nicole Eggert then I didn't care a single bit.
Whether you like him or not, you always have to give credit to a celebrity that makes themselves the butt of a joke
Agreed. For the most part, I really liked these appearances.
@@savedbythebelldeepdives It does make me wonder how much of his early appearances, especially as Screech, was more about the directing and script choices rather than his acting abilities.
You even mentioned yourself that in Miss Bliss and early SBTB he gives some genuinely great performances.
It's astounding how bad writing and directing choices can potentially tank someones career when essentially they are perfectly acting the material they were given. Also see Ben Affleck in Daredevil where people blame Affleck for the movie when his actual performance was near perfect.
I just did another Screech special where I look at all of his early work. Yup, he was a lot of fun. I wonder what his career would have looked like had he not turned public heel. I'm definitely a fan of his acting -- not so much of his public choices.
you know for attack of the killer b movies nbc could have had the mst3k guys help elvira riff the movies that would have been awesome.
Awesome, yes. But they had to pimp some teen shows!
Love your videos. One thing though…Kelly Kapowski was MY childhood crush. Stay away from my girl.
P.S. Lisa was the prettiest one.
I do my best to balance between Kelly and Slater. Some videos you'll feel the jealousy creep in; some videos you'll feel relief as I fein attraction teenage steroids.
paulie shore is dead wasnt that bad kirk fox really saved the movie.
I wholeheartedly disagree. But that's the beauty of opinions.
Your audio recording is un-listenable. You got a long way to go
Neat.
