    Jiu Jie Bian-Nine Section Chain Whip. This is one of the more difficult Kung Fu weapons to master and control.
    Movements take place in two planes-vertical and horizontal. Jiu Jie Bian can be set in motion with the help of almost any body part, elbow, forearm, shoulder, neck, leg, foot and whole body movement.
    In this video, you will see one of the basic movements called "Outer Elbow". It is usually practised with the "Internal Elbow" to form one movement. " Inner elbow" you can watch in my other video - see links below.
    Although it seems that the movement of the elbow initiates the movement, the whole is controlled by the movement of the whole body - torsional work of the feet, hips and shoulders. These movements allow for a more complete control of the movement of the Steel Whip.
    Ji Jie Bian is a dangerous weapon - for the opponent, and for the user. Inaccurate mastery of the movements and lack of control can be dangerous for both.
