Beautiful trail. Beautiful ride. We have a very nice rail trail 1 mile from our house. It is paved and runs along the river in the woods. It is very popular with bikers. It gets alot of use.

Another great video. My wife and I have been talking about buying bikes to start riding to help get in better shape and lose weight. That certainly looks like a great place to visit to ride.. Definitely have that marked down to check out.... I noticed in your intro you said you all were looking to see more of Virginia. You all should come to The Eastern Shore of Virginia! Great country and farmland area in between the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.. On the way here you get to cross the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

Damascus, Va... my tiny mountain hometown. Would love to have seen a little more history of the Va Creeper. Also would have loved to see some of Damascus to show others the beautiful things it has to offer. But beautiful ride nonetheless!!! Good vlog!

Weeeeeeeeeeee! Love it! You can also get a deal with the bike shop to bring you and your bike (or rented bike) in a shuttle van to the end and just ride back downhill!

Awesome, you guys are in my state! If you get to Northern Virginia that would be great! I live on a National Park, Wolf Trap National Park, no bike trails but they have lots of hiking trails, and a short distance to Washington DC!

I live in Abingdon, and I have walked on the Creeper Trail several times. You all are doing a great job on your diet. I can tell that you are both quite a bit thinner. Keep up the hard work. I hope to one day be able to ride the Creeper Trail.
